Everyone saying Thibodeau is an idiot for leaving Derrick Rose in a 12 point game with a minute and a half remaining needs to quiet down after seeing what the Clippers did to Memphis. Memphis had a 27 point lead at one point, and was up 95-71 with 9 minutes remaining and still lost.

Rajon Rondo, however, is an idiot for bumping that ref. And just like Mettartest, he can't grow enough testes to admit what he did. "Oops accident" is apparently the operative phrase for NBA players facing suspension. It's like 6 year old kids on the playground, but in adult bodies. "Jimmy, did you hit Bobby and then take his toy?" "No! My hand slipped and then he gave me the toy!"

Rondo made a huge mistake. Never go full-retard. I totally LOVE his game, but that was insane. Now he's gonna have to make up for it by digging out of the inevitable 0-2 hole. Which he is perfectly capable of doing.

Bynum's triple double was impressive. He was blocking shots like his life depended on it.

Sucks for Derrick Rose. His style of play just ups the odds of injury and it's a shame because he's incredibly gifted. I hope he is able to rehab and come back to put together a few full seasons before he goes the way of the Greg Oden.

Hey Memphis...pwned.

Lebron James is getting difficult to watch. I mean, I love the way he can light up the scoreboard and get to the bucket, but his flopping is tiresome. You're telling me a 6'8 250lb dude can be sent to the floor with a slight bump? This isn't soccer, Lebron.

In the Orlando/Indiana serzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Hey Dallas - how's the view from down there?

Signed,

Kevin Durant's sack

Yeah that flop by LeBron was lame. Wade throwing Bibby's shoe was pretty bush league too.

But Amare has now taken the crown of idiocy away from Rondo by injuring himself punching through glass in anger after losing. Now he's possibly out for the rest of the series.. Although he actually might be helping the team by accident.

This has been a head scratcher of a year in the NBA. It's like a contest to see who can pull the bigger dumbass move.

Grizzlies fans booing Blake Griffin for getting hurt. What a bunch of douches.

Good grief, we're still in the first round. I suddenly remember how lengthy the NBA playoffs is.

I think they were still upset about the foul call. What's worse though, to boo or cheer an injury?

No, they were upset that he spent some time down on the ground grimacing and holding his knee, but then walked around on it a bit, felt fine, and stayed in the game. Must have thought he was faking it or overreacting to buy himself some time or something.

X-Rays showed no ligament damage.

Any Mavs fan saw this coming. You don't replace JJ Barea, Caron Butler, and Tyson Chandler with Lamar Odom and Vince Carter and expect to get better.

Also, remind me how the Rockets did this year? ;)

Oh, cheering is definitely worse - coughphiladelphiacougheaglescough - but booing a guy because you don't think he spent the right amount of time on the ground is still pretty weak.

I mean everyone knew their chances of a title repeat were poor, but getting swept like that? They still have enough guys that they should be better than that. That said, this wasn't a typical sweep where one team just doesn't belong out there with the other, since 3 of the 4 games did come down to the final minute.

Hey, take your bitterness up with Kevin Durant's sack. ;)

Rockets did about how they were supposed to, given the total lack of talent and key injuries down the stretch. I'm still trying to make myself a fan, but they better make some serious moves to get some players down here.
