How did your team do?

I was pretty impressed with the Bucks' draft. Henson had been projected in the top 10 and brings a lot of potential. He should be good on the defensive end immediately, something the Bucks really need, and could turn into a solid offensive producer. I don't expect him to ever be the main guy on a team but hopefully he can scoop up all of Jennings' misses.

They used their 2nd round pick on Doron Lamb. While I HATE UK, I generally don't hate their players (just their annoying redneck fans) so I have no problem with Lamb coming in.

I expect Lamb to play immediately, his outstanding shooting should translate well into the NBA. He is just the right compliment for Monta Ellis and Brandon Jennings and should see plenty of open looks when they're constantly cutting into the paint.

I'd give their draft a B+ or A-. They have the tools to be good, and they have a lot of young talent. It's just a matter of staying healthy and playing up to their potential.

Rockets get a C overall. They get a D for failing to make any big deals - setting the sights on Dwight Howard and failing miserably. They get a B for the draft picks. I like the individual picks, but there is an abundance of 6'8 forwards, plus we just have tons of decent players. I'm holding off final judgment until the offseason is over because there could still be trades in the works.

Jeremy Lamb - I like the pick; he could be a younger, more athletic Kevin Martin. Nice touch, just needs to bulk up a bit.

Royce White - High risk, high reward. I loved his game in college, but he has some definite question marks.

Terrance Jones - Nice player, but cut exactly out of the mold of previous picks like Marcus Morris, Patrick Patterson, etc. No idea how his game will translate to the NBA.

Daryl Morey (Rockets GM) is great at finding value where others didn't see it - see Kyle Lowry, Chandler Parsons, etc. But he's awful at landing the big fish. And he can no longer use the "we're buried under T-mac and Yao's contracts" excuse. Time to make something happen.
