. l o c a t i o n .

The Rau'shen kingdom contains most of the far southeastern area of Slavia, and is comprised of a relatively large mainland section and a chain of islands. The climate is nearly tropical, a highly unusual habitat for wolves. The beaches of the Rau'shen are famously beautiful, with white sand, palm trees, and a light blue, gentle sea - a coast quite unlike the jagged rocks and tumultous sea of the Zaryjeth packlands. The Rau'shen packs spends most of its time either on these beaches or on the islands, making a complete migration to the islands when the winter is harsh in the mainland forest.

Rau'shen wolves are generally very distinctive and easy to recognize. They usually have coats of some shade of brown, usually tan or gold, and patches of other browns or splashes of white for markings. They are also the only variety of Slavian wolves which commonly have blue eyes. Rau'shen wolves often have small bits of jewelry, usually feathers, shells, seaweed, or some other natural accessory, unlike the wolves of Ezkarth who have gold and gems.
