O Powerful Admin-y One Group: Admin Posts: 96 Member No.: 2 Joined: 5-December 07	Okay, so I've been keeping up with who's been active and who hasn't been, sort of. Basically, anyone who hasn't been active in a month or more have been moved under "pending," and their applications will be moved to "Those We Lost." This was basically so I could justify removing their claims from the face claim. I kind of wanted to do something similar to other sites I've seen, where I never delete a character so that people can come back -- but I don't want all these Pendings mucking up the character list... So I was thinking of deleting them after they've spent a month or more pending (so, one month from now I'd go through and make the cuts). Does anyone have any thoughts about this? --------------------

The Doyen Group: Elf Posts: 81 Member No.: 20 Joined: 22-December 07	This was Siki's suggestion, I'm just posting it to make sure it's seen. You can make a new group for them - I call them 'Lost' on my forum - and then make the group not show up on the member list - it's accessable from the Admin CP. It won't give you a realistic member count (because of how many are not active) but it'll keep them off the member list.
