It's looking good so far, but some things don't quite fit in with the knowledge of angels in TOC.

For one thing, remember that these are biblical angels -- they don't really have schools, and angels are absolutely forbidden to procreate (his parents would have been struck down to Earth or Hell for it or something), so he wouldn't have been born. He simply would have been created by God.
The rank/duty thing isn't quite correct -- there's species information on angels in the species information forum that talks about the hierarchy and what the duties of all the angels there are. In Duty, it'd be cool if you included his "past" duty and then, on a new line but still in the same section, tell about this latest assignment.
In physical description, although it's fine that his wings do not appear, it wouldn't be because he's not in heaven (as other angels here in TOC do have their wings), necessarily, although it could be a punishment specifically for him (or a way to make his job harder, or whatever).
His personality is a little short -- I'd like to know more about who he is besides just the top layer of his personality

Like, why does he lust after women all the time? Why is he like the way he is? How does he feel about other things? How does his playfulness manifest?
His history is short, too, and the content needs to be fixed a little. I'd love it if you could go in more detail on his time in the TOC, and why he's as lustful as he is -- because it's EXTREMELY uncharacteristic for an angel to be born that's sinful (and lust is a sin), and at the first signs of it, he might have been destroyed or sent straight to Hell to rule under Lucifer -- because he was created by God, it is very unlikely that God would have created him with any sort of lustfulness within him, or there must be some reason as to why he is that way. And the same goes for rebellious natures -- at the slightest sign, he'd have been chucked straight down to Lucifer, because Heaven doesn't have much room for error (the original seven angels were sent to TOC simply because they did not ACTIVELY intervene with Lucifer's plotting -- although they didn't help Lucifer, they all got into massive trouble anyway and are never allowed back in Heaven). It'd also be really cool to include some emotions in his history about how it felt to be banished from heaven and then from earth, because typically angels feel very strongly about this.
So it's a cool concept so far, but it's really undeveloped for how complex it'll be.
