Welcome To The Lost World!

Its a role play about survival plain and simple. This site is sort of a mixture between Jurassic Park and Lost. Jurassic Park because of the dinosaurs and stuff, but Lost because they need to try and find a way to survive.

It has been five years since the attack. Not even the U.S. government knew about the plan to make the park. Everything may seem fine at first when the Island is stumbled or crashed upon, but as soon as people start to venture off is when things start to happen. All plans and boats somehow disappear from view, leaving people behind. There is no way of communicating in order to get help since all the animals destroyed everything. And forget cell phones, they will not get any service on the Island.

The question is, how long will you survive?

 What A Strange Thing...

It had been a couple of days since the fatal plane crash. Days since he had last seen anyone alive. He had washed up on the rocky shore, barley clinging to the life preserve that he was able to grab before the ocean water flooded the cabin. Sasha more than likely had a couple of broken ribs, and a few cuts from landing on the rocks. He had had some bad nights before but this had to make the worst night of his life by far. Sasha used what he could of his pilot's coat to wrap around his middle to support his broken ribs before he headed out.

The first night he slept under the stars, shivering in the cold. He knew he had to find shelter soon or he would get sick. Maybe there was a village nearby. Early in the morning he woke and dusted the dirt from his clothes and headed into the woods to look for anything that might lead him to civilization. He wondered deep into the woods for a good part of the day when he came across a rather strange sight.

There was huge tree houses way up at the top these rather large trees. Rope bridges and ladders lead across and up to the houses. Though it didn't look like anyone had been here in quite a while. But still why would these tree houses be built on an island. Taking another step misjudging the distance from the hole that was in the ground, causing his ribs to jostle a bit. He grimaced and wrapped his arms around his stomach and that is when he noticed what he was standing in. There was a rather large foot print, twenty times the size of his.

His heart started racing. No wonder why these tree houses were built so high, so that whatever was down here could not get to anything. Fearing he may be its next victim he moved over to the nearest ladder and made his way up into the wooden shelter.

He wasn’t the only one with the idea about the tree houses. A young woman had found her way up into the tree house. She’d used one of the beds after dusting it off and cleaning away the vines that had grown up she tossed them to the side and not out the window she didn’t what her smell everywhere. She used that bed to sleep on. But as she heard the sound of someone coming up the stairs she was up quickly and with a gun in her hand she’d make her way against one of the walls. She turned off the safety and slowly eased around.

Human, raptor or some else she had no idea what it was or who it was. But protection was the first she had to think about. When footsteps had gotten too close she turned around the corner and held her gun up ready to shoot. But seeing it was a person she aimed it straight up so she didn’t pull the trigger. Exhaling she had to be glad it wasn’t a raptor.. she hated those things.

“Sorry.” She smirked sliding the gun into her belt loop. Before shifting her weight one leg. “You hurt?” She asked glancing down him then back up.

( Lets try and make it to where they do not know what is on the island just yet. Since we are starting this over again. )

Sasha froze at first when he saw a gun being pointed at him. Just great. He crashed the plan, didn't know if anyone had survived. Spent the night shivering to death and nearly catching a cold. Getting cut up by the rocks on the shore. Now only to have a gun being put into his face. Great! Could this day get any better?

He put up his hands up for a moment when he saw that the gun was pointed at him. Though when she lowered the gun he lowered his hands a bit. Like he was in any condition to really fight anyone. His ribs hurt, and he had several cuts on his body. Then he looked down to the pilot's jacket he used to wrap his broken ribs in.

"Broken ribs," he said in his heavy russian accent, hoping that she would be able to understand him and treat him like he was not a stupid ass like most other people thought when they met someone with his accent.

Her gun was still in her hand as she lowered it. She was about to tell him she pulled it off some dead flight Marshall aboard the plane she was on. She had figured he was on her plane as well. When he spoke of his ribs she commented back. "Yeah?" Looking down a this chest she nodded her head some. "Let's see it. There might be something inside to support it." She said turning to walk back into the tree house and off the make shift bridge.

Inside she began to dig through everything. Sure it had been awhile since someone was here but something had to be in these cabinets or drawers she could use for him. Broken ribs hurt like hell she knew that for a fact. Glancing back at him she had to give him props for that accent. She understood him but damn! Smirking she pulled out a first aid kit and checked for a wrap. "Bingo." She said pulling it out before walking over to him. "Let's get you wrapped up." She said not bothering to get permission as she began lifting his clothes and pulling out the pilot coat. "I guess by that coat you weren't from Flight 815 huh?" She placed her fingers on his ribs checking for the broken places.

It didn't take her long to be able to find his broken ribs, though most of his side was nothing but black and blue, from where he was beaten up against the rocks against the shore. Though he had a lot worse. His breath caught in his throat when she found the broken ones and stopped her long enough to just take off the coat and his shirt so that she could have better access to help him. He groaned again when he moved.

Despite his age he was still in pretty good shape, his muscles were well toned. Though the bullet wound could be seen upon his shoulder. "Worse. I was pilot," he said with his heavy russian accent. "I don't know what happened. Lost control and plane started falling," he said through gritted teeth.

Ana-Lucia looked up at the man his ribs were really bruised. “Yeah man you are really fucked up here. But you’ll live.” She glancing over his nicely fit chest he wasn’t bad looking at all he was a bit older than her she could see that. The metal clips she put between her lips so she didn’t lose them as she began to wrap him up first putting her arms around him her hair and top of her head brushing against his mouth and chin. Walking around him seem to be better so that’s what she did. She pulled it tight to give support then pulled each metal clip from her mouth and fixed it to hold.

“Hm. That’s odd. A few days ago the flight I was on crashed here. Towards the water though. I honestly can’t tell you who was still alive. Something was coming out of the jungle I couldn’t get a good visional on them but I feel like I’d rather not find out. .” A smirk came over her lips as she looked up at his eyes. With her hands on her hips she spoke out “You should be good to go now.” He was tall, and compared to her he was really tall. He was little over a foot taller making her look more like a flea. “I suggest we stay together. Till at least we find something on this damn island.”

Oh yeah like he could not see that she was actually checking him out. He was kind of used to it. Used to the fact that most girls liked older men with a good physic and any kind of accent. He stood up straight for her so that she could wrap the bandage around him. Feeling his ribs move again with every breath he took. He groaned when she pressed against his ribs even more.

He had to admit that she was rather good looking herself. But now was not the time or the place to act upon those urges. He leaned back against the wall for a moment. "I agree. But for now we just stay here." Then he slowly lowered himself down to the floor and leaned back against the wall, his head rolled back and he closed his eyes.

Ana-Lucia could see he was hurting pretty bad. After he was laid down and relaxing she pointed over to one of the rooms. “Ya know. I cleaned a bed off in that room there. You should go lay down. I’ll go find something to eat for us.” The Cortez girl walked over to the edge were the ladder was and looked over the area. She had no food on her. And she was starving. Her stomach growled at her before she turned to walk down the ladder. Close to the bottom she just released the ropes and landed on her feet nearly like a cat.

She walked off into the jungle and was gone. It was nearly an hour later before she was even back. Climbing up the ladder she made sure not to bother him awhile he slept. Regardless where he was doing it she laid a few different fruits near him before sitting down and eating. She felt like she wasn’t going to get full she was so hungry but she did. She made sure when she threw the left over’s off she threw them far out as she could. It was getting dark now, she watched as the sun was setting.

Yeah like he could honestly sleep now? Well hell he has slept in worse places. Nothing beats sleeping in a dug out with bombs going off around your head. He tried to at least attempt to get some sleep, but eventually he just gave up and laid there listening to the exotic birds that were in the trees of the jungle. Eventually he just gave up on the idea in general. Too many questions were popping into his mind to allow him to rest.

How were they still alive? Why are they here? Who built the tree houses? Why were they built so high? What was on this island?

He slowly got up from the mattress and made his way over to the makeshift window on the tree house and looked over over the jungle that was getting dark. He was too worried to eat at the moment. He turned and looked back to Ana for a moment before looking out over the jungle. "What part of plane were you on?"

She tried to be quiet for his sake he seemed pretty worn out, she didn’t want to bother him and wake him from his sleep. Standing at the window she stared out it, looking for what might be out there.. Some sort of creatures lurked these jungles she saw all the prints heard their screams but she didn’t want to be kept in the dark on what they were not encounter one. When she heard him getting up she didn’t bother to look back not till he was next to her.

“Commercial airline. 815.. I was heading over seas to visit family. It took me years to save up for this flight.. And to get some off time at work.” She said with a smile looking at him. “Funny how things happen.. Now here I am stuck on this island. “ She turned to him. Glancing over his face for a moment. “You do you feel?”

Sasha looked out over the jungle. Something was definately out there. Watching, waiting for them to make the wrong move. Feeling their eyes upon them as they stood up in the tree houses. Sasha stared off into the darkness, trying to see what was out there waiting for them. It was an eerie feeling to feel their eyes upon them. "Do you really want me to answer that question?"

Then he leaned over the open window a bit, wincing from the pain in his ribs. "I volunteered to fly the plane. I used to be a flight medic for army until I got injured, so now I do odd jobs to keep going. I had a friend call me and tell me that he needed help with this flight since he couldn't do it. Wife was having baby and didn't want to leave her alone. Now here I am, not knowing if any of the passengers lived."

There was a smirk that ran across her face as she turned her head to look back at him. She knew he felt terrible but it was just a simple question to be polite. She felt eyes too, it made her stomach flip the thought of something out there watching them. Turning her head she looked at the pilot. “No, I know how you feel. I broke a few ribs before.. I was on call.. bank robbery they lowered me down into the building there was a rail there was a malfunction and I was dropped right on the bar.” She pointed to her ribs. “Snapped two like pencils.”

She listened to what happened to him and frowned she hated the fact of people dying but what else could be done? Nothing, she wasn’t even on his plane which made her wonder why two went down close to each other. She moved to the bed and stretched. “I guess I should sleep now. I recommend you getting what you can too.. “ It was just them two so she pulled off her pants and laid them someplace out of the way. It was hot as hell her pants were tight fitting no way she was sleeping in them again.

Sasha didn't sleep, didn't even try to actually. Or even try and share the mattress with her. Though it had been a while since he last had the pleasure of female company, he was not the kind to take what was not his. He was too much of a gentleman for that. Didn't mind looking though.

Sasha had had worse nights than this. When he was not flying a plane to go and pick up an injured solider he was out in the field fighting. There was been a few sleepless nights out in the darkness of the world where bombs were going off just feet away from the dug out that they were hiding in. So this was nothing.

Sasha lowered himself carefully down to the floor of the tree house and leaned his back against the wall. He leaned his head back and closed his eyes, taking a few slow and rather painful deep breaths in before he would slowly release it.

She tried to blank out everything that was going on around them it didn’t bother the fact of the owls, or the crickets chirping. Laying there for awhile she finally got up and went to the windows pulling down the netting they had up, it was there for a reason for sure. She stepped over Sasha as she pulled down the net behind him. Sure she was giving a show walking around in her tank top and panties but she didn’t seem to care. Heading back to the bed she glanced back at him on the floor if that’s where he wanted to lay then she wasn’t going to stop him. Getting back in the bed she laid down and closed her eyes. It wasn’t long before she was out.

By morning she was up, and getting her pants on. Zipping them up she walked away from the bed and grabbed her bag pulling out some food. Eating the fruit she walked to the window the rays of light were shining through the netting, of all the times she wanted to go to the jungle, or the beach somewhere away from home this just wasn’t what she had in mind of course.”

Sasha was mostly just trying to be respectful to her by letting her have the mattress and not looking to her as she stripped down to her tank top and panties. He honestly didn't know if she was really trying to hit on him or not. Eventually he just laid back upon the floor of the tree house, wincing when he moved his ribs even an inch.

Even though he tried to get some rest, the sorness of his ribs and the creatures of the night were keeping him from sleep. He kept his ears tuned for anything that might sound out of the ordinary. But things seemed quiet now. Little did they know that things were still out there, waiting and watching them.

It was not until nearly dawn that he was finally able to get some sleep. When he heard movement is when he opened his eyes slightly to see Ana moving around. He let out a sigh and moved to try and get a little more comfortable again planning on getting more sleep.
