How would you feel if you were transported to a different dimension? Probably not very good, especially if you left family behind. Too bad for about 50 people on a guided horseback tour in a forest of Wyoming. One minute, there they all were, walking along the path, while the director rambled on and on about the environment and the natural beauty of Wyoming. Tourist stuff, you know? Then, there is a bright flash of light, and suddenly the tourists were in a forest...doesn't sound so different, huh? But then, a griffin, the mythical (or so they thought) creature, half lion, half eagle, flew above them. Some people shouted in terror, covering their heads. Others whipped out their cameras and commented on the special effects. But their amazement was not to last. One by one, the people were picked off and devoured by creatures to grotesque to describe. There were the nice creatures, like the Pegasus, and all of the other winged animals. Oddly enough, a group of Pro fishers and hunters were on the trip, vacationing with family. Time passed, and the tourists learned to protect themselves. They built houses in clearings, and would hunt and fish for food. But why was there such a selective group of people on the trip? Were they meant to be there? Find out in Part 2!
