fitness. Lorelei is a very healthy girl and she is very good at sports overall. She is slim, which makes her agile, she is stronger than many girls (although it doesn't show at first)... what else? All these conditions make her an ideal Quidditch player.

intelligence. Lorelei is sly; after all, she is a Slytherin. She knows exactly what will distract the other players (especially the male ones) from the rest of the game and snatch the Quaffle away from them right under their noses when they are thinking about something else. She is also the captain's sort of unofficial assistant and will help the captain set up strategies and stuff.

popularity. Lorelei is one of the most popular girls between the Slytherins and she sees a member of the Slytherin Quidditch team as an ideal way to gain even more popularity. And it has. She seldom makes mistakes such as fumbling with the Quaffle or not being able to score, and she is responsible for nearly half the score (minus the 150 points from the Snitch) most of the time. So it is natural that her popularity and her skill at Quidditch rise at the same time. She hopes that maybe one day Lucius Malfoy will notice how pretty she looks in her sparkling dress robes at the congratulating parties held in the common room...

reason; Aiden has a rather big passion for the sport. He likes quiidtch and tries his very best during games. He's quiet determinded and rather likes the compitition. Aiden is in the position of chaser, because he likes to fly fast, and not have to worry about bludgers, or at least he hopes to never be hit, and puts loads, if not all of his trust in his team mates.

reason; Merry may not seem like your first option when picking teams, mainly because of his quiet nature but mainly because he is rather lean. The truth is that with Merry's family sport has become something of a religion. Football was always the name of the game until Quidditch entered the arena. He still remains a huge Chelsea fan but he, and his brother and sister, took to quidditch like a fish to water.

Quick on a broom because of his build, the Ravenclaw finds that he has no problems with his confidence levels. The world seems to fall away and all there is is him, the quaffle and the people in the way.
