Just thought I'd throw in a welcome back thread since I have the time (although not really, just having a mental break between finishing my essay and about to start revising for exams).
So... How's everyone been? What is everyone up to now? I can't believe it has been over four years since I first joined the Island Continent! How time flies... So I guess I'll begin... Again... Just like the last introduction post... And the one before that... Hello My Name is Benjamin Hingston I am 19 Years Old I have been playing Nation States occasionally for the past four years ... And no I am not an alcoholic. I live with three other friends: One is Dutch One is German One is a New Zealander And one is a socialist with very cool flags and posters Guess which one I am I live on 39 Fox Street, Hamilton East, Hamilton, 3216, New Zealand... Just in case someone wants to send me mail, or a postcard... I like getting mail I am currently in my second year of studying at the University of Waikato which is located in Hamilton, in the Waikato Region, in the Central North Island. I am studying a Bachelor of Social Science majoring in Political Science and Public Policy with a specialization in International Relations and Security Studies. Are there any other questions? ... And no I have not played Diablo III nor any other Diablo... I'm also watching the West Wing at the moment; which is actually a great TV show which I had not seen until I downloaded it last month. I am currently up to the third season... Waiting for someone to seed the third season in 720p... Just saying I also ordered a Cylon raider model the other month; it is the first model I have ever attempted and it went quite well. I am very proud of my new painting skills considering how bad I am at writing and at art. I have ordered a 67cm long Titanic as my next project, which is for expert model makers but... we shall see about that. I also enjoy Resident Evil (games not movies) and have bought a wii just to play those games, since Capcom went stupid and decided to do a deal with Capcom. I enjoy playing Rise of Nations; so if anyone has it and wants to play online that would be cool! My favourite TV shows include but are not limited to; Battlestar Galactica, Invasion, the West Wing, Caprica, the 4400, Lost... seasons 3-6, Torchwood, Fringe, the X-Files. I have many favourite foods; and I enjoy my mother's homemade pancakes with lemon and sugar... Because mine just aren't the same. People who inspire me: There is not just one individual who inspires me; what inspires me is people who work together to achieve something which is socially useful to society. (Individuals are shit... It is everyone who is important... Just saying) And that is all for now... But please ask me questions if you want  |
