Operation: EtTuBrute reunification

Archibald Hue put his pen to paper this afternoon and ordered an attack into the ancient anarchic state of EtTuBrute. For many years terrorists from the state of EtTuBrute have been launching attacks on border towns and villages; the most recent being the murder of 17 children at a primary school on the outskirts of Tauron.

Air forces, in conjunction with ground artillery, have begun the bombardment of military fortifications along the border with Quasi-Military. By evening the artillery barrage had been called off and infantry divisions have been deployed and are steadily moving up the cost with periodic attacks by native resistance.

Missionaries spreading the Polytheistic state religion of Quasi-Military will follow behind the main lines in attempts to convert the Monotheists who took over EtTuBrute centuries ago; in efforts to ensure that stability can be achieved within the area.

Furthermore, a small state in EtTuBrute, Ossessione; on the western seaboard has made overtures to the state of Quasi-Military for its help in fighting the insurgents if their independence can be guaranteed. Sources claim that Chancellor Archibald Hue will take up the offer as the state of Ossessione was the last bastion of Polytheism in EtTuBrute and as such the Chancellor has a responsibility to ensure the survival of Ossessione is maintained.
