Hotel lots?, the best way of starting?

Following on from the university challenge thing, I've just made a youth hostel (basic, single room accommodation and university-style meals). I'm quite pleased with how it's turned out, so I've uploaded it anyway, but there is one anomaly: I didn't start it off on a community lot, so it doesn't have a tour guide and telephone outside, although you can get everywhere via the telephone inside.

I've tried various ways of changing the lot since, but nothing seems to give me the tour guide, although my travellers can pick him up when they go to other lots.

As I say, I've uploaded it anyway, but can anyone suggest how I can get hold of that pesky tour guide from the site itself?

You probably tried this already, but what about the changelotzoning community cheat?

I have the Prima Guide to Bon Voyage, and it describes how to modify/build hotels. If you want to know the method I can post it...

Thanks, both of you. I've tried the various changelotzoning cheats, Shell - even cycled through them to see if it makes any difference - but so far it hasn't! As I say, it works OK anyway - you just have to use the phone in the foyer - but it's annoying me that it's not 'right'!
