I looking for a tutorial on painting fur or wolves.

I came up with this so far
pic I found on yahoo of a wolf statue

I just finished my first one he came out pretty good

Basically I undercoated dark grey (codex+black)
Drybrushed the following codex grey,fortress grey,lightly with bubonic brown
then a black ink wash
Then back through the greys codex,fortress,white
Once you have him a nice light color drybrush dark grey(codex+black)on the top of his head,spine,tail and the back of his upper legs.

to sculpt fur, get a toothpick, or slightly hooked metal sculpting tool, and poke away. make sure that every section of the gs is covered. make sure your pokes are very close together, even overlapping.
