Finally the fate of the II. and XI. is revealed - but isn't it sad that two entire Legions had to be sacrificed just because someone told Malcador that his armrests were looking bland?

The one thing that bothers me about it is that Jim Swallow made such a point of telling people who were confused that it was a stylized 'eye' and it turns out that yeah.... it's stylized to look exactly like the inquisitorial 'I'...

I am going to anticipate this one very much, having made the conversion to audio dramas only very recently. And dare I hope that there will be few more tantalizing hints or suggestions on the missing Legions (other than the cover, of course)?

I'm miles behind on the novels now; I assume Russ mentions this in Prospero Burns? Just an opinion (based on no evidence), but would the Emperor allow one of his sons to kill another son or even his legion? If Russ did previously do this, what did the Emperor expect would happen when he sent him to Prospero? We know that Horus tricked Russ en route, but what would Magnus be expected to do when he sees the Space Wolves descending from the sky. Would it make more sense that several legions were involved in the destruction of a fellow legion? Could the two primarchs still be alive, in stasis? Shroud: Could we get some small backstories (via ebooks) of some passed events please? The destruction of Olympia, the first Russ v the Lion fight. Small stories, that aren't moving the HH series along, but would be nice to see included. Ramble over!!

Heh... Hopefully it does reveal something on both missing legions. Any release date info? (Totally not posting this to have the last post info be In:The Sigillite By: The Sigillite )
