Hi all,
I'm planning to make myself an army themed around the cleansing of Laeran and especially the last battle of Brother Thestis (which means that I will include Fulgrim, the Phoenix Guard and various other EC Veterans)

Now, I'm going to make a model of Fulgrim, but first I wnated to get as much as reference on Fulgrim as I could...

So people, can you post every picture (or even modelling tips ? *looks in eden's direction*) that you know of Fugrim ?

I know of the GD-Winning model, but nonetheless I appreciate any other source smile.gif

He kinda has that Elric feel to him,I'm making a Fulgrim model as well,
I just can't find the right blade was going to make him pre Learen,so was going to
do his fire blade.Any ideas? For Fulgrim, I used the Britonian head that is used for
everybody from the Emporer to Pre-Heresy Fabius. smile.gif

Hmm, maybe the company champion sword? It's long enought to look slender-ish... Remember that the sword was forged by Ferrus Manus, so that may affect the design...

You mean the Honour Guard one? Seems a bit small to me, then again, haven't got the model, so I'm not the best person to judge.

either a Bolter or a Bolt pistol yet I can't find a good one,any ideas? huh.gif

The Bolter from the Command Squad boxed set might be a good choice - its got some detailing along the sides of it that could be painted to look like gold panelling...

Since this has now been reanimated, can I suggest using the bolt pistol from the plastic scout sprue? It's sleek and looks slightly more high-tech/artificer-altered than the standard SM one, which should look good for a Primarch. It's also slightly smaller, which will help give your Fulgrim a more imposing feel in comparison.
