Yup, the colours of the Ravenwing would have been the same as they are today. Their iconography would probably have been that of the Legion as a whole, however - the broken sword in the Deathwing iconography shows that their heraldry would have been changed after the battle between the Lion and Luther (and the breaking of the Lion Sword) and it is likely the iconography of the Ravenwing was changed at the same time due to the nature of the roles of both these sections of the Chapter hold today.
While Descent of Angels mentions the mounted scouts of the Order on Caliban were known as the Ravenwing (and thus one can assume that their traditions, along with much of the Order's practices, were imported into the Dark Angels Legion to a large extent) the Ravenwing in 40K are very much a creation of the aftermath of the Heresy. The Ravenwing as it exists today bears its special status within the Chapter due to the fact they, like the Deathwing, are told the truth about the Fallen (although they know less of the truth than the Deathwing do) and are maintained as a separate organisation within the Chapter with the special task of investigating rumours of, and hunting down, the Fallen - a task that clearly was not required prior to the events on Caliban at the end of the Heresy.
So while the pre-Heresy Dark Angels almost certainly knew their fast scouts, bikes and so on as the Ravenwing, before the destruction of Caliban the formation would not have had the same special status it does today.
As for Jetbikes, we can assume their use was more common in the Ravenwing than it was in other Legions, due to the fact that they maintain the only operational 40K version, and the fact that the tradiiton of mounted scouts carried over from the Ravenwing of The Order would have made such vehicles particularly suited to them. Plus, of course, as 'The First' Legion they would probably have had better access to special equipment than most of the others.
