To make smoke on a rocket launcher like this:



Cut the ends off a Q-tip ['cotton bud' in the UK] and stick one in the front center and shape the cotton how you want. Then glue the rocket in place.

On the rear sculpt a larger plume and you're good to go!

This could be used in any weapon thats smoking or vehicle exhaust, id like to see some people use it for other things...

At the risk of sounding dumb, what is a Q-Tip? Is it a cotton bud (the ones used for cleaning your ears)?

also i was thining about doing this for an assault cannon...sound good?

I'm not sure it'd work for muzzle flare - although it looks good on clouds, like flintlocks or missile launchers...

I actually envisage a whole regiment of Napoleonic fusiliers with these clouds - very lifelike.

i could use it with my dwarves and their cannons...and lots more with my Squats and der' bigga kannonz.....this would make perfect orks
