Stunning. Again, as with Vulkan, not 100% my view of the primarch, but wow...

Vredesbyrd - February 29, 2008 09:16 PM (GMT)
Very impressive but not Corax in my mind.

Brilliant sculpt though.

That's an alright mini... But it's not quite the way imagined Corax, and i'm not that keen on the pose.

Lord_Mortirion - October 6, 2008 10:11 PM (GMT)
reminds me more of sanguinius...

There ANY images of Corax exist in creation?

There are descriptions in the Raven Guard IA, Fulgrim, and Raven's Flight, but thats all we have to go on.

Here's the one from Fulgrim:
Next to the broad, mightily muscled Primarch of the Iron Hands, Corax of the Raven Guard was tall and slender. His armour was also black, but it seemed to be utterly non-reflective, as though it swallowed any light that dared to fall upon it. The white trim of his shoulder guards was fashioned from pale ivory, and great wings of dark feathers swept upwards to either side of his pallid, aquiline features. His eyes were murderously dark coals, and long, gleaming talons of silver were unsheathed over his gauntlets.

The wings are mounted on his jet pack, incidently - his 'winged jet pack' is mentioned later.

what are the other quotes - I'm building him soon so any other descriptions would be great :D

ShroudFilm - January 26, 2010 12:40 PM (GMT)
'Raven's Flight' obviously has loads...

King Fluff - January 26, 2010 12:46 PM (GMT)
is that only audio?

Torg - January 26, 2010 10:14 PM (GMT)
Now that I looked at the pic rather good I have that same mini,
The guy that makes him is one of our own. ;)
He's the same guy that does Kurze and and Angron. ;)

There may be something of interest in the upcoming Blood Angel Release.
Rumour has it that there is a special Assault Squad called the Exalted who have winged Jump-packs.

If true these packs may be a good basis for RG conversions, and possibly even for a Corax conversion.

Just thought I'd let you know.

is that only audio?

It certainly is.It has only just come out on CD, and seems to be an audio book only. I don't believe that there are any plans to release it as a chapbook.

Gagoc:I hope that you'll start a Blood Angels rumour thread with regard to the miniatures being released-because I'd love to hear whats planned. :D

Yes and his work is real great...

Like the other primarchs i received that one this weekend...

Also completely casted in resin (not like the Kurze Miniature in metal).

My one has a little miscast on the shoulderguard with the raven head but nothing a little greenstuff could fix.

You build this one like he is right now taking off or hovering...i like the Jumppack with the feathers on it...

Nice claws by the way...and i like his face...Overall these primarchs are worth the money...

Torg - February 15, 2010 08:21 PM (GMT)
Actually Kurze is now in resin...same with all his others. ;)
