Now that Battle Missions has given us new rules for Kill Team (200 point skirmish, 3 USRs etc) what kind of Heresy Kill Teams are you going to come up with? (using the TF packs).

Well, I don't have battle missions or the TF packs, but I'd probably want to create one themed around Erebus when he breaks into the Interex's 'museum' of weapons and steals the Anathame. I'd probably have him as either a Chaplain or maybe just a Tactical Squad Sergeant because of points cost. I'd then probably include a group of Luna Wolves who agreed to help him after being corrupted by Chaos.
For those that don't have Battle Missions, the Kill Team rules have changed a lot from the previous version. It's now a skirmish game, 200 points each side (KT vs KT) on a 3 or 4 foot square board with as much terrain as possible.
0-1 Elite 0-2 Troops 0-1 Fast Attack
All models operate as individuals and can split fire/attacks against eligible enemies.
3 models can be specialists and can be given a (different) USR each.
So I haven't given away all the rules, the victory conditions involve a Ld check with modifiers.
It seems that Sternguard are a good balance of numbers/shooting/assault. Relentless is definitely good for a heavy weapons marine (the Deathwatch HB with suspensors is back!). FNP for plasma weapons, fleet, move through cover, etc... Units that get USRs already are also good.
From the TF packs I'm thinking Plague Marines, Siege Berserkers and Noise Marines all look rather good.
I'm also thinking a Thousand Sons tactical squad with a Sorceror Sergeant would be cool. And after reading Soul Hunter a Night Lords KT would be very cool too.
