General
The Ultramarines refer to themselves as 'the XIII Legion'. They are referred to by the people of Monarchia (and beyond?) as 'The XIII Legion. The Warrior-kings of Ultramar'. The First Heretic

Appearance 'The angel stood unadorned by the holy parchment [...]. This one's armour, like the craft it emerged from, was a deep and beautiful cobalt, trimmed with bronze so polished it gleamed close to gold. Its eyes were slanted red slits in a stoic faceplate.' The First Heretic

Disposition
The Fourth Company is stated to consist of 'three thousand Astartes'. Age of Darkness anthology; Rules of Engagement

With the exception of the Primarch, entries are presented alphabetically, in the form '[last name], [first name]'.

Aquila Captain[?]. Ultramarine who founded Doom Eagles chapter. The Returned; Legends of the Space Marines

Arcadese Veteran of Ullanor. Sustained significant injuries which required extensive bionic replacment, preventing him from returning to the battle line. Arcadese ends up having a diplomatic role Age of Darkness anthology; Forgotten Sons

Caius, Erricon[sp?] Brother-Captain. 'Hero of the Hadir[sp?] Uprising, Caius the Strong, Caius the Unflinching'. In command of the 21st Company, and killed during Battle for Calth, during which he fought with boltgun and power fist. Garro

Aethon is also the name of a fire-breathing horse that pulled the sun-god's chariot in Macraggian mythology, and a device of a fire-breathing horse is on the Company's banner. The 21st Company Commanded by Erricon Caius[sp?]. At 'forefront of battle' on Calth against Word Bearers. 'A company in name alone', owing to casualties. Included brother Rubio (see above) and Brother Milles[sp?], Apothecary KIA on Calth.

From Legends Of the Space Marines, The Returned they say that the Ultramarine who founded the Doom Eagles was called 'Aquila'.

There is an ultramarine in Iron Within in Age of Darkness keeping in vague to avoid spoilers. You can read the whole story in the later issue of hammer and bolter though

Remus Ventanus - Captain of the 4th company (the fourth company are known as the "Troublesome Fourth")

Barkha - Sergeant in the 4th company

Naron Vattian - Head Scout of the 4th company

Honoria - Captain of the 23rd company

Urath - Captain of the 39th company

Evexian - Captain of the 7th company

Archo - Sergeant in the 4th company

Pilera - Brother Marine (as in a normal space marine) in the 4th company

Arcadese - Ultramarine who fought at Ullanor, got injured there and went into a coma, when he woke up the Horus Heresy was in full effect. Arcadese ends up having a diplomatic role.

Tauro Nicodemus - Legionary Champion, Tetrarch of Ultramar and Honour Guard to Roboute Guilliman.
