Okay, I'm going to be really straightforward here. Our alliance sucks. We need some serious improvements.

- Kick out Lucario, they dont add anything special.
- Restart G&W Clan, I believe in Rcade's potential.
- To hell with SWF topics, they have only produced a couple active members.
- Become a single clan. A Game&Watch, Yoshi, Lucas and Ice Climbers clan. That way we won't be overseen by clan tournaments for having "Too small clans." We would always have enough members to fight in tourneys, it'll basically make us more popular.

Okay. Discuss.

edit: People from the lucario clan like TheBlueBlade who actually are active, should stay. We should discuss wether they can stay lucario main in tourneys, or use our mains.

Hey, if my clan isn't in this, that's OK. Actually, I felt kinda bad after Liam's post in my introduction thread, because it felt like my clan was being forced in, which was not my intention. So if my clan is to be taken out of Forgotten Heroes, then I'll leave it up to you guys. It won't effect me or my clan a whole lot, including the fact in which Lav pointed out to me is that only 3 other clan members joined here. If we stay, that's awesome, but if we are a burden, then go ahead and let us go.

I'll stick around though, if anything, I'd probably would want to go in as a member of Frozen, or co-leader if that's possible. This site is just awesome, and I like the chat box at the top so I can talk to fellow smashers about things, matchmaking, etc. It's not slow like SWF, and I really enjoy being part of this clan, team, whatever it's considered.

EDIT: If I have to use IC's and whatnot, that's fine too. I main IC's along with Lucario.

I like the idea of the 4-in-1 clan.

Of course the Lucario clan can stick around...but it isn't going to be a full member of Forgotten Heroes >.>

I've been wondering about how we should go about this also.

Note: while reading this, please understand that I'm not trying to control your clan, only make helpful suggestions to solve a bunch of problems. I don't mean to come off as rude, but I may on accident while typing this. Know that I don't intend to be mean, just helpful.

First thing I'd like to ask is are we gonna keep the name Forgotten Heroes, but as our 1 big clan name?

Also make sure that you somehow get across what's happening to your members then close the thread. That way we can trap them to chat here. and make sure that we open up a thread on BC for our one big clan also.

So that the people in power (leader/co-leader) stay in power, I suggest that we have our 1 big clan divided into smaller parts.

We also need to give all our members a chance to be notified of our move before we actually make it happen. Leaders of each clan, plz make sure you try to get everyone to know, but don't stress about it.

I suggest adding in a ranking system. (I could be incharge of that if it helps) It could be made so that it ranks the individual characters and the clan as a whole.

There is still the problem of inactivity which I am going to adress to each clan.

Liam and I are the only active members at this time, I don't think this can be helped as of yet. After this is done, I'm sure it will get more active for every clan

Okay, I haven't seen anyone from here on anymore what so ever. I think whoever that leader is, should put it like this. Join or leave, what I mean by that is you have to join the aliiance and not just the clan. you also must be dedicated to help your clan. Make sure to state that they must join these fourms, if not they can get the boot. You don't have to be as abrubt as I'm being but I suggest doing it like this so you can be straight to the point. Make sure YOUR ROCK-SOLID in going about it, no if, ands, or, buts.

Lucario clan: TBB your the only one I see anymore. I think your clan should stay, but It would benefit you if you got your members to join here too. I would put it like how I suggested for G&W clan but your inactivity doesn't seem to be a major problem now. but it will be later, so I would prepare for the oncoming. I really think you guys should move over to BC also so you would be able to eliminate not being helpful. And you'd be able to participate in BC tourneys and help us out in popularity. (I hate how everything is about BC)

Last of all is a date... When should we put all this in action. ASAP would be my best suggestion but I still want to make sure all members of each clan knows about this. A week or two from now could be good, but don't let me deciede everything.

IF YOU JOIN ANYTHING (CLAN/ALLIANCE/ETC.) PLEASE BE DEDICATED TO HELP IN ANYWAY, JUST BEING HERE IS HELPING.

I know I've made alot of suggestions, and now I'm done, but guys/girls I just want you to know that if you need help with anything, I'm here to help.

yo kack. those inactivity problems would be solved with the 4 in 1 thing. also, i think most of us would prefer lucario clan as an ally. since having the name forgotten heroes, and having lucario as a character, isnt really going to help. I'd love a ranking system. Like best G&W players, best lucas players etc. IF were going on with this. We'll inform every member that actually is active. Also kack youre not being rude, i like your motivation, youre a big help :D.

I'm actually glad something like this is being presented. I'm for it since there are only about maybe 10+ people who are active here. This place needs more life, or at least some attention. So that other fellow members can get help much quicker than just going by themselves.
