He's straightforward uninhibited, funny, conniving, loving, tender, tricky and VERY, VERY perceptive. I am so sorry he has fallen for Bella and I can understand and sympathize with his dislike of Edward. Poor boy!

Jake has ALWAYS been there for her, even tho he is annoying at times so is Bella!
