History: Skyla was born May 29 in San Francisco, CA. She never knew her father and has lived with her mom her entire life, and she has just started college. Her mom works alot so she spends a lot of her time alone when she is at home. She's not the type who feels the need to travel to another city or state for school, so she decided to stay in the city where she was comfortable. She has two siblings an older sister and brother; both grown with kids of their own. She had a nice number of friends in high school, but when they graduated she found that only two of them were her true friends since they were the only ones to keep in contact with her. As of now she is in her first year of college and is doing her best at it.
Personality: She is shy, but only when it comes to guys that she likes. She's very caring and kind. When she gets upset she doesn't show it; she just gets very quiet and keeps it all bottled up inside her. She loves to listen to music and she doesn't go anywhere without either her CD player or her mp3 player. She likes to read, go to the movies, and hangout with her friends. When she's not doing any of that she prefers to spend her time alone at home or where ever she wants to be at the time. She also likes the dark/night and she likes the quiet. Her favorite places to be are the beach, the movie theaters, and places where it is quiet.
Characteristics: She knows enough Taikwando in order to protect herself, she is a good runner and she likes to write. She's good at writing essays, stories, and fictional characters. She's also good at keeping her cool under stressfull situations. Her weakness is cute guys with nice accents; she just can't resist sometimes. She fears that someday she'll meet a guy with a nice accent and he'll turn out to be really bad trouble for her. She also has a fear of any kind of pain weather it is emotional or physical.
Education: She has graduated from high school and is just starting college. She plans to work on getting her BA in Criminal Justice. She'll be the first in her family to get a college degree...that is when she graduates.
Family members: Mother ~ Her name is Lanett, and she's about 5'5". She has blond hair, light skin and brown eyes with blue and grey rings around them. and she doesn't like to tell her age, she works as a security guard in the downtown area. When she's not working she likes to read and work on her art. Such as making things with clay and sculpting stones, and sometimes painting.
Sister ~ Her name is Janene, she's 27 years old, 5'4" with dark skin, black hair and brown eyes, and is happily married with one daughter. She lives in a part of Ukiah where there aren't that many people and it snows a lot. She likes to play computer games and sometimes read books. Her daughter is young and only in elementry school. She gets along great with her and her niece.
Brother ~ His name is Leroy, he's 26 years old, around 5'9" with dark skin, black hair brown eyes, and he's married with 2 kids. His wife is spanish and their kids are adorible. He lives in Oakland with his family, and worrys about the cities rising crime rates. He likes to drive cars and listen to loud music. She gets along fine with him, but not as well as with her sister.
Her brother and sister use to fight all the time when they were growing up, which was due to their tempers, but they've out grown it and get along fine with eachother.
