So she liked the fact he was a lycan? That was a bit new, but he was glad.

" Since I told you what happened to me, maybe you can tell me what happened with your old relationships? The ones that wasn't normal."

Even though he knew one was a demon and one was an angel, she had never told him what happened. The demon Leon could probably guess on it. Since the guy was a demon it probably meant he was dangerous. Demons are only evil and can't love, but only love to kill.

" So what made you pick me out from the rest? It must have attracted you from across the room. "

Leon acted like he was serious for a moment. After letting it go for a few minutes he smiled and crossed his arms for warmth. Once she stepped away from him, it left his arms open to the cold air.

Az frowned. So he did want to know what happened to her. Closing her eyes she nodded. "James, he's an angel, there was no relationship we just talked adn he wanted me to repent, leave Lucian and repent." She sighed and slowly opened her eyes again and looked at Leon. "Lucian was-" She paused and took a deep breath. What was he? They werent together but he said he loved her and then just walked away from her like she was nothing. There was no way for her to know what she was to him.

"Lucian was a guy I met when i was walking around. He's a demon and- he was so sly in acting like he was normal adn then he came after me, but he stopped. I remind him of a girl he loved before he became a demon and he couldn't kill me. Another side of him came out that was kind to me. I wanted him to be with me and- he hurt me." She wrapped her arms tightly around herself and held back tears. "He followed me to a church and kept me there. The other side came out again and everythign was fine until Lucian desided he wanted to take another shot at killing me." She couldn't stop it anymore and started sobbing. "He told me to kill him because he loved me and I couldnt do it. Then he just left. He left me in a burning church with out even a backward glance. I mean nothing to him." She took a breath and turned away from Leon she she could brush the tears off her cheeks.

"You were at the bar and alone. Cute, mysterious and alone. My type." Az teased.

The angel seemed the same. Only trying to help a mortal make the right deciision as usual. Only the lucky ones recieved an angel, most had to deal with the decisions theirselves..

Lucian was the typical demon, but he seemed a bit more cruel than usual. It was cruel what he done to her. Seeing her hurt and the tears in her eyes angered Leon. He wished he could meet this demon and have him pay for what he had done.

" You mean a lot to me..if that helps."

Leon took a step towards Az and rested his hand on her should. He stepped around her and raised his index finger, wiping off a tear from her cheek. Their wasn't a lot he could say about what happened. She had been through a lot mentally and physically. It takes time to recover from that.

Az looked up at Leon and nodded. It did help to hear that she actually meant something to him. "It does help. Showes that I'm not something everyone just casts aside, but you never know." She hated that because of one guy, if you could call him a guy, made it so much harder for her to trust what Leon was saying to her. All she could think about what him getting angry with her even one time and leaving or hurting her in another way. She didn't want that to happen.

"I can't deal with the fact that I can walk around and see him and know that he did this to me. At the same time I want to walk past him and show that-thing that he's not important to me." She paused. "You are. Not him. Just you."

Her trust was hard to fully recieve because of what Lucian done to her. It was even hard for Leon to fully gain her trust.

" I know. I wouldn't cast you aside no matter what. You should know that even if we just met. He was a demon..that's what demons do Az. They hurt..that's all they can do."

In a way Leon was trying to get her to open up for him. It was a lot to ask, but you have to take a chance to know. If you don't, then you'll never know what could have been.

He placed his hand on her cheek and smiled. His fingers tips traced under her chin and he let his arm drop to his side.

" Just trust in me alright? I'm sure you'll find out for yourself I can be quite trustworthy."

Az nodded because she knew he was right. She was stupid to think that Lucian thought of her as anything more then an annoyence that he had to get rid of. Even saying I Love You didn't mean anything to him when it meant everything to her. She took his hand after it left her face and laced her fingers through his. "I wouldn't case you aside either Leon. Anything could happen and I wouldn't cast you asside." Hearing him say he wanted her to trust him she slowly nodded. It was hard for her to give trust to anyone.

Everything she'd been through made it harder. The only way she could convince herself to trust him was going over in her head that the one that hurt her was Lucian a DEMON and Leon was a LYCON and not goingto hurt her no matter what happened. "I want to trust you I really do but its hard. I'm sorry that it is because you deserve to be trusted but I can't just give my trust away again." She ran her other hand down his arm and looked at the scars again. "Give me time I'll trust you."
