I have never seen one of those neat looking fish nice kill. Can ya eat them or do ya just throw em away?

You can eat them. I cleaned the two we killed. Cut them into thick strip's and I will deep fry them soon. Don't ever put your finger in their mouth. They would make a paranta look like a sissy. Ounce they get their mouth on something it's eaten.
