Ok. Is this legal and allowed?
The Tau Air Cadre for the most part has a minimum speed of 1. Now, this means that the entire list can essentially hover. By yo Yo ing, speed is shifted one column slower (speed 0), but never causes a stall. So we could have Tau fighters who stop dead. The tiger shart ax 0-1 who stops dead battering ground defences repeatedly, and if anyone drops down to deal with them, a whole face load of air to air seekers. How else might this be exploited?
