No, it doesnt refer to you at all. Mont'au means the Tau version of the "time of troubles" before the Ethereals came. I dont think that there is any mention of the word in the new codex or if there is it isnt easily noticable.

Theres one quote with it in there (I found my Tau codex last night, W00T!) which translates it as "The Terror", but it doesn't say whether its translating or just describing. Anyway, sorry for my ignorance...
