Rules
1)You Have to at least be active and have a good amounts of posts. Not only from the spamming section, ok. At least try posting new things in other places too.

2)You have to think twice before going into this I don't want to add someone and see in the end that they don't come on in a million years and complain to me later that I took them off the staff list. You have to at least be willing to help me with the forum. I'm not saying you have to be online every moment and day of course I'm not asking that XD That'd be very harsh no?

3)Every member who wants to do this has to be very trust worthy and not try overpowering the other staff members. Also be kind to those around you. Please keep in mind and treat everyone as you wish to be treated. I don't want a staff member who is being unkind to my members or the other staff because we don't need that here. If this happeneds I'll take you off and ban you and IP ban you as well for the rest of the year. I'll think about it if you will come back or not for the next year.

4)You have to be able to make layouts and graphics for xanga. It would be preferable if you know how to use xanga. If you don't that's okay too.

1) Do you have a xanga site? If so what is it called?

2) Have you had experience in designing?

3) Why should I consider you a staff of Unwanted Freedom?

4) Give us some examples of your works. We want to see an icon, wallpaper, and signature. Layouts would be good to but if you can't make xanga layouts you can show me myspace layouts.

5) If an admin went away for holiday would you be able to take their place and run the site properly?

6) What is your number of post?
