7 November 2006 EditI noticed that in the Your Game Collection topic, there were a lot of posts stating that games had been bought. I didn't like it, as when it happens too much it makes people have to browse through endless posts to actually see the collections of people. Thus, I split those posts off into this topic. END EDITDonkey Konga get OHNOES! Played a whee bit of it... seems fun so far. Fun a a stupidly lame mentally retarded way, but still fun.

Hey Chris, that Dragon Quest thing for the PS2...is it any good? I was thinking of buying it but since I'm a bit short on cash I don't want to risk anything. <_<

You shouldn't even be wondering on getting Dragon Quest VIII. Anyone who owns a PS2 should get it.
Which reminds me, I should grab it some time this summer.
And I just updated my list, and even though New Super Mario Bros isn't technically mine yet, it might aswell be counted as mine. (Borrowing from a friend, but I'ma buy it soon, and have a feeling I'ma hold onto to it for a long while.)

Holy Jebus. I actually found a cheap copy of F-Zero GX (20 Euros) that wasn't Player's Choise'D. Needles to say, I bought it instantly.

Nice, makes me regret getting rid of my copy of GX. (Though I never played it...)
Anyways, gave New Super Mario Bros. back to my friend and bought Pac 'n Roll today. If you see this game, good God buy it. It's surprisingly fun.

I've been looking for that game myself, I almost got it once but I don't like anything related to dancing. XD
And today I decided to trade in Metroid Prime Hunters, since I hardly played it and it grew stale. Used the trade in credit to pre-order Megaman ZX for September.
And then I stopped by Wal-Mart and decided to buy Super Monkey Ball 2 for $20. Fun game, you have to grow into it but I'm enjoying it.

Wow, I keep finding a lot of bargains... Donkey Kong Jungle Beat and Final Fantasy Chrystal Chronicles- both of them for the price of one. Seeing as how these were on my wishlist to begin with...
That's four games after each other in a relatively short amount of time... funny thinking about how it was a year since I bought a game before this d:

I hope you like FF. It's a lot better with friends I heard, sadly enough my friends don't have Cubes or don't have that game. -_-

It is better with friends, but I think even alone the experience is good.
EDIT: Picked up Ultimate Spiderman for the DS. So much fun, but too God damn short.

FF:CC lives up to my expectations, which weren't high to begin with. The battle system is lame, and the leveling system (if you can even call it that) annoys me to no end. The plot is overly simple in the beginning and it's painfully obvious how the story'll end >_>; The graphics and music are not bad though... Then again I've only gotten so far yet, so it might become better. And maybe multiplayer is something to keep in mind enxt time we meet eh Dave.
Jungle Beat on the other hand is overly awesome. The controls are a bit awkward, but you get used to it, and playing this game with the drums ads a lot to it. Bad points are that the game is pretty simple and pretty short. Getting Gold Medals on every level isn't all that hard. Getting the highest rank, Platinum Medals, is a bit more challenging though, but on some levels more then others. I have already beaten the last boss though, so this game really isn't too hard or long when that's just your aim. Nevertheless this is one of the more funner games I have ever played, up there with other games such as Lylat Wars and Pokémon Snap. Beating bosses by slamming your bongos is one of the more satidfying experiences I have had in a videogame, and just plain making good combos to get high scores on the levels is gnarly as well. Pretty much, this is a game I'd recommend to anyone, but not for full price as it's so short.

^ Damn, discovered XD
Anyway, I bought two new games today, "NBA Street V3" and "SSX On Tour". Normally I wouldn't have any interest in these types of games, but these are a little different since they have Mario, Luigi and Peach in them as playable characters XD Even then I wasn't planning on buying them, but they were very cheap in Belgium, I bought them bought together for like 33 Euros, so I couldn't resist d:

NBA was a pretty alright game, I had it before too. I got bored of it quickly though and ended up selling it. >_>
And hooray/ Today after a physical I had to stop by Value Village (Which smells like ass) with my mom, I was so bored and then I actually found;
Sonic the Hedgehog 2 for the Sega Genesis with the original box and booklet, for just $4.53.
I don't have my Genesis anymore, but I'm glad to have this in my collection. T'was the first game I ever owned.

Heh, if I ad enough money I'd buy old games for sure, even if I wouldn't be able to play to due to not having the console. Just growing a big collection is pretty dope as it is.
Either way, saw Animal Crossing cheap today so I bought it, if only for the NES games it has.
I also added two pc games to my list, which I recently found. I found a few more, but those two are really the only ones worth mentioning, 'cause they don't suck like the others d:

I never heard of any of those PC games. oO Only PC games I ever tolerated were Worms (namely 2) and Zoo Tycoon.
Anyway, I recently traded in both Metroid Prime and Metroid Prime 2: Echoes, realising I never touched them, I just don't like the 3D iterations.
But I bought Big Brain Academy, and I love this game. Great for killing time, and tricking my parents into buying me it because it's kind of educational. XD
Seems my collection is shrinking a bit though. D: But at least it still has good quality to it (albeit 2 or 3 of my DS games.) And in just a bit over a week, I'll have Mega Man ZX. My most awaited game of 2006.

The 7th Guest was literally the first game to ever be released on a CD. It was one of the reasons why people actually started to buy the CD Drives to begin with. So other then being a pretty dope game as it is, it also has some historical value d: The 11th our is basically the sequal to that game.

Aah, interesting fact to know. I guess. XD
And today I picked up Tetris DS. Making my DS collection slightly more awesome. I also took off the "(Coming Soon)" from Mega Man ZX, since I'm grabbing it in 2 days anyway.

'Tis okay I guess... In this game you run around as the Digimon itself and has to use weapons like swords, axes or guns to defeat your enemies with... I haven't really played it in a long time, but its okay fun for a boring day... Perhaps I should get back at it today... If you like those kinda games then buy it since its prolly pretty cheap by now
