Eh, guess I'm the first one to make a review in this section =P

Gavin DeGraw
Chariot

Most of you have prolly heard this guy with one of his smash hits, be it the title song 'Chariot', 'I don't want to be' or 'Follow through'.
Personally I think all of those are great songs, written with something most people can relate to in one way or another. But they're not all there is to the album. I buy cd's just to get the few numbers I've heard and I like, not caring whether or not the rest of the album stinks, but I was really pleasantly surprised when I put in this CD and listened the whole album through. For the first time actually, there was a CD Where I liked all of the songs instead of only a few. All the songs have lyrics that for me hit the right spots of something I know about or what I feel, and the music itself is great too.
When you buy the CD you get a bonus disc with as well, simply for the prize of one, which I think is great since the bonus disc is live acoustic versions of the songs, plus an extra song. I like acoustic versions, mainly because they're more rough around the edges and they give a good insight in whether or not the singer actually can sing.
Once more I was impressed at this, 'cause not only it sounds evenly good, it actually sounds better on the live cd IMO... So yeah, top class CD which I can only recommend you buy if you liked some of his other songs
