Greeting from your board moderator.

During the past week I have recevied numberous messages regarding personal attacks from members of this board. As the moderator, I read each and every message that gets posted on this board and I can tell you that several of you have tip-toed on the chalk line and a couple of you have taken a step over it. A couple of you have been formally warned, some of you are close.

This is supposed to be a fan friendly board where all are welcome regardless of who they are, where they come from, and which team they support. Why people on this forum insist on hurling insults at teams, thier players, and thier supporters in general is beyond me - especially the later. When you insult supporter groups, you are insulting people on this board. I don't particularly like it and neither does anybody else.

This message board has world wide participation, active and passive. Slurs and derogatory remarks made towards nationality, race, etc. WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

Being passionate is one thing, being mean is another. Consider your fellow board members before you post.

If you can't get your point across with out using a stream of obsenities, insulting a group of people, supporters, towns, cities etc, or launching a personal atttack DO NOT BOTHER POSTING.
