Will Fulham avoid relegation?

Sadly, no. I'd like to see Fulham FC-USA remain in the top flight but it just won't happen. -------------------- Ryan Giggs 10 - 0 Liverpool

They need many things to go their way... They have Bolton and Birmimgham ahead of them in the table. I think they could move ahead of Bolton, but they need 5 points to move ahead of Birmingham. With Liverpool, Man City, Birmingham, and Portsmouth left in their schedule I think the very best they could hope for is 5 points, and that is a stretch. Then they need Birmingham to lose against Villa, Liverpool and Blackburn which is completely possible, but then they need to beat Birmingham as well.
And they also need Bolton to lose, which looks likely (sorry Diana) considering their remaining fixtures against Boro, Spurs, Mackems, and Chelsea. But for all these things to go their way is too much to ask. -------------------- Cheers,

I hope they stay up. Love the fans, love the stadium, and especially for the Americans and those who believe in them, I hope they stay put.

Since Fulham going up would increase the odds of Reading going down I don't want them to. But if they can continue to play with the same passion that they did on Sunday they might be able to do it.

I think they are doomed. Shame because they are a bit more fun to watch than your average basement dweller. They left it too long before sacking Sanchez.
Bigger question is, will Al Fayed lose interest, and the money disappear? It could be a long time before we see Fulham in the top flight again. |

Good point. He never really seems to have ever splashed the cash around, so he might get tired of his toy. Too bad for Fulham. -------------------- |

They can if they win at least 2 of the last 4. Birmingham would take their place.
