thoughts...CAN"T BELIEVE we're running out our 3rd keeper for the second time in two years in the champions league. has that EVER even happened? drogs is still shocking. would have liked to see anelka at some point but understand cudicini and kalou subs were forced due to injury. this likely forced uncle avy's tactical genius into a blender. essien is starting to look like essien again although his yellow card displayed a brain fart of graham poll proportions! while everyone has focused on rio, carragher, and jt, ricardo carvalho has quietly become the best central defender in england.

and oh yeah...world-class midfielders lamps and ballack proved AGAIN that they can play in the same midfield together proving that gerrard was the problem all along w/the england squad! :lol:
