The Daley Center
Chicago's largest courthouse and holding cell and not to mention right next door is the FBI and their holding cells. Public DA's are numerous and cheap but not worth a damn but hey, justice is justice right? At least when it works.

Located in the center of Chicago is the cities largest library. It's said that since the fall, the lion statues out front guard its doors the the unlimited knowledge that is held within.
