Yes they ARE alone, Miu was all too aware of this while feeling his manhood pressing against her, so close to just lying him back on the table and climbing up on to him. What would it feel life to have him inside her. Yeah she understands the basic principle of sex, she had to be educated about it and pregnancy, with a few tips on how to pleas a man thrown in...should she have sold her virginity. But what does it FEEL like? Of course it may be an idea to keep the suggestion of leather to himself. One step at a time hm? She need to actually HAVE sex first before she can really start tackling the kinky side of it.
She was aware of a marriage, but it was all politics and happening so far away she barely cared. Though she had noticed the Aknatari of the area were starting to thin a little, perhaps going home for the celebrations. She was fascinated by the dark skinned strangers. They thick accents she could barely understand, but their tapestries and spices were something she bought regularly. She even used some of their spices in more speciality teas, usually the ones only Aknataris drank, but if there is a call for it Miu fills it. She looks demurely away form him when he said she'd be missed and giggled softly.
The mask that is Miu Oita has been firmly replaced now, her defences being rebuilt, her sensibilities slotting back into place. For those few minutes, he saw something of the woman only her sister ever sees, she wondered what he'd think if he knew. "I will miss you too Sir Grosvner. I wish you a very safe journey so we may resume where this was left off" she sudden;y looked surprised and grabbed his wrist "Allow me just one minute to fetch you something![b] and with that she trotted over to the sliding screen that separates the tea house form her living space and was gone just a minute before she returned to Ezra. She took his hand and placed something in it. On a fine red ribbon was strung a small porcelain charm in the shape of a cat, a character from Miu's language was painted on it in red and the cat was strung with a tiny golden bell also.
[b]"That character means luck" she pointed out then looked up and smiled at him "too keep you safe until you return to me" she added softly and she leaned up to him and, for the first time this morning, she kissed him. Her lips barely brushed his, the softest, almost innocent kiss... She pulled back and smiled at him, the gold coins going almost unnoticed for now "Safe travels.....Ezra. I will miss you!" she used his name for a chance and blushed again, but she stood a polite distance away form him now and bowed her head to him,

"Are sure you want me to return and start off exactly where we left off?" He asked the question nonchalantly, curious if she wanted him to return to let his hands explore her private property. He had come here earlier to have tea and treats, thinking the teahouse would have a few other customers, and the other women who worked here. Instead, by the grace of coincidence, some would say A'er, he was given the opportunity to talk to Miu Oita one-on-one and share a memorable day. He would not forget this, because there truly was something different. Well either it was different, or Ezra was just delusional and thought every woman was different and could be the one. He was sure that was not the case though, as some women he had been with he knew he just wanted them for other uses. They were not marriage material. But a stern, kind, polite, conservative type of woman like this actually could be more along those lines.
He bowed graciously, and let his eyes widen with surprise as she went over to retrieve something for him. He let himself look at his feet and adjust his sandals so he was more comfortable. They had straps on them to keep them in place so they don't fall off his feet. His gaze was returned to Miu as she re-entered this front hall in the teahouse. He felt her move close and take his hand, putting something in it. He didn't notice at first because he was too focused on her face. Ezra held the ribbon neck strap up, looking at the charm of a cat hanging from it. The shape of the cat was a porcelain material, with a foreign character upon it, as well as a small golden bell attached to the cat. The Bishop dangled it a little to see if it made a ringing. There was a very light ringing from the bell, one had to listen very carefully for it.
"Luck..." he repeated as she said that, before Miu talked about making sure he was safe on his journey. Well, to be honest, he was going through Aknatar. It was a dangerous, and unforgiving land. "Awe, thank you. You didn't have to," he was saying before he was cut off as she moved to kiss him upon the lips. The kiss was not one of intensity or passion, just one of care and good intention. Innocent. He wrapped his arms around her tightly, almost fighting back the urge to shed a few tears. No one had shown such care to him in so long, and certainly not any woman. He released her and let her step back so she could see him off. He pointed to the gold coins he left on her front table. "Thank you very much Miss Oita, perhaps now I shall travel safer with this charm," he said, deciding to pull it over his head and wear it around his neck. He let his hand turned the door and he stepped outside, but he stopped and looked back. "Take care Miss Oita, thanks for the tea, and until next time I bid you farewell," he exclaimed, before stepping off, leaving the door open for her to come close it. As he walked down the street he turned to wave back politely before going on his way. The Bishop did wish to walk around the beach to clear his mind some more before his travel.

This is Tetel’ac, where the women are capricious, the ale is usually tepid, and life is hard. Prince or pauper, the world is a dangerous place to play and the game of politics is far from voluntary. Whether you live in the gentle tropics, lush forests, harsh mountains, or expansive desert, every day is sure to spell adventure for those who live under the intruding thumb of the king, or amoung the hidden eyes of oh so many spies. With a kingdom on the brink of yet a second revolution, the future is a fragile thing indeed.

Insurrection
The Duke of Kelyea and his Count, Isaiah, have defeated the Black Court at Villa Cari, leaving Rhiann Danum dead and her son, Edmund Du Nor (Duke of Fexlund) who was present at the battle under suspicious circumstances, sent home to his wife. Meanwhile, the wedding in Aknatar between the Duke, Balaric de Jure, and his wife, Najla Mu'awiyah (daughter of sheik Faris Mu'awiyah), closed without much fuss. However, on the way back to Fexlund the king and most of his entourage is holed up in Rodan as they wait for a pass to be cleared of the early snows.
The Countess Helen of Irse has sent a call to arms throughout Aknatar, hoping to rouse the passions of the people there against their duke and king, and in response, the duke has closed the border, hoping to keep his problems manageable.
Have the seeds of revolution been sewn anew? Or will they be plucked up before their roots have set in?
