This board is CLOSED. Account creation has been disabled and any accounts that have signed up since it was originally shut down (see latest post in News section) have been deleted.
Until I find all the links that lead here from the various websites I'm scattered over on the web, this will continue to be a problem, but I have likely fixed it for now.
