I was playing Rayman 1 (Fourth time :P) And I was on Eraser Plains stage from Image, at the end of the first part of the level there was this strange thing yellow and red half of a thing on an eraser. What is that!? And if you can get it on Rayman Designer, I know it seems useless, but just a try? I still don't know why they put a strange thing, unreachable, there. Maybe to annoy me? <_<

I took a screenshot, but it got erased I don't know how  EDIT: You can see it near the "!" sign if you run the game and go to Eraser Plains level. It is visible, but unreachable. This post has been edited by RS Wizord on Nov 27 2010, 06:56 PM |

this is an stylographic pen but without the palette event that gives it the right colors (Posted Image)
EDIT: And maybe they put it in the end of the first map to mark the transition beetween the first and the second one (Look that there is another pen in the start of the second level) ;) EDIT2:Look, if I remove all events/objects in a R1 map with cheat engine, some parts of the pcx lost the colour. YOU'RE RIGHT! It's a pen!! You can clearly see the line, just like the pen. I didn't realized It could be the pen part from the next level but with different colors, it actually looked more like a solid pointy thing, or a cheese with tiny tomatoes in it. But is it possible to get it like a PCX? It looks really strange to be honest, and now that I think again, I'm not convinced with that. Now it lost all it's mystery :( EDIT:  The pen looks weird if you do that  But is it possible (Again) to have it as a PCX, or something like that? Couldn't be a screen transition, if you see in the second picture the penn appears to be off the side of the edge of a block..Somehow..That doesn't make sense, but it definitally doesn't show it in the first place..Or maybe the block is just really glitchy looking and you're right...I don't know, nevermind. :P

That wouldn't surprise me, considering that Eat at Joe's parts 2 and 4 are basically the same. |

yeah, that's absolutely right. But you have to go to the 3th part to activate the joes platforms in the part 4 ;) |

Looks like they used the platte-changer-event again.
Like in the music word, first map: (Posted Image) And thats what the "palette-changer-event" looks like: (Posted Image) Yeah its strange...two numbers with a powerup. Seems like they hadn't a graphic for that. |

palette events are in a lot of maps in R1 in all worlds. And this event has a weird image, and placed in other place, look at this:
(Posted Image) EDIT: Between the exit and return signs, you are right, it seems to be the numbers 1 and 2 and a powerup  This post has been edited by Jaxx on Nov 28 2010, 11:02 PM |
