Angels Garden  for this tutorial you will need: PSP (written in 9) Scrapkit of choice I used this beautiful Free scrapkit from Connies Creative Chaos two tubes of your choice I am using the gorgeous artwork of Micheal Calandra You can purchase a license to use his art from MPT Mask of choice - I am using Becky mask_022 Filter - Penta.com - dot and cross Font of choice OK Lets begin!! Open a blank canvas 600 x 600, floodfill white New raster layer, floodfill with a color from one of your tubes Apply your mask, merge group Effects - plug ins, penta.com, dot and cross on default settings Open one of the ribbons from the kit, copy and paste as new layer, resize by 60% duplicate this layer 3 times and arrange so they make a frame shape, hide white layer and mask layer, merge visible the ribbons, unhide all layers Duplicate the merged ribbons layer and resize by 60% Hide this duplicated frame for now Now on your large frame layer, magic wand, click inside frame, selections, expand by 8 copy and paste a paper as new layer selections invert, hit delete on your keyboard once drag paper layer below your frame DO NOT DESELECT copy and paste your first tube as new layer, hit delete on your keyboard once, or if you wish some of your tube to be poking out above the frame, move tube layer above frame layer and use your eraser tool to erase the parts you dont want. Deselect Add your favourite dropshadow to the frame & tube and merge frame, tube and paper together Repeat for your smaller frame, once merged rotate the smaller frame to your liking. Open Modflower3 or modflower3a, copy and paste as new layer, resize by 75% and drag under your frames, position where you think it looks best and then duplicate, mirror and flip several times until you have several showing under your frames to your liking. Merge them together and add dropshadow, lower opacity to somewhere between 50 & 60 Make top layer active, copy and paste modflower6a or 7 as layer, duplicate and resize several times, place to your liking and dropshadow them. Now you can either do the following on a seperate blank canvas or on your tag, its upto you!! Open blank canvas 400 x 400, copy and paste modflower1a or 1c as new layer, resize by 50% Take your pen tool, following settings  I used a white/green gradient as my stroke color and drew a stem and some leaves for my flower convert to raster, add inner bevel, following settings  drag below your flower and merge them together. Duplicate your flower several times and place to your liking in a bunch, dropshadow and merge them together. Now copy and paste the bunch onto your tag and place to your liking. Now add your copyright information and your name Delete the white layer, merge visible and save as png Thats it your done!!
