Wanted to know if there was going to be an OOc/Ic areas and also what is the take on characters that are of the savage races for the game.

This reply is just to let you know your question has been read, and is not being ignored. It's just gonna be deferred to the DM.
But, when you say 'savage' races, what sort of races are you referring to? Stuff in the Monster Manuals/ Feind Folios? And to the other part: Yes, there will be OoC and IC areas. For example, this part is Out of Character. There will be more categories added. Anything you'd like to see? |

As long as you can get me the information, I'll do it on a case by case basis. But, most likely it will be okay, as long as the character is not evil.
