Interests My favorite hobby and pastime is to find humor in things, so there is lots of laughter. I like to learn and am always looking for things to improve upon on in my life.

My favorite thing is to listen to the wind sing it's songs through the trees or the windchime outside. I live in a windy location and it usually sings me to sleep and blows me around.

I like to dig in the dirt (gardening) and am quite the nature freak.

I have had a long time love affair with meditation. Well, okay, truth be told I have an addiction to meditation, but hey, it could be worse, I could have an addiction to medication -- come to think on it there probably one in the same eh?

Well, I engage in a lot of other mundane day to day things that make up this thing called life.
