The 'Underworld' movement (also known as the Underworld, the Brotherhood ect) was founded in the late 1700's as an anti human rights, pro magical rights group. They have since developed into one of the largest magical organisations in the world, providing education, grants and work for many walks of life.

Despite their submersive activities, the 'Underworld' movement is well represented in the world, although rumours about underhand dealings still circulate.
