General Appearance: Used to constantly imposing her will and whims on the winds Daphne’s appearance has come to take on a bit of her element. She is best described as tall and willowy, with enough grace to make every aspiring ballerina envious. Some might find her a bit to skinny for their tastes, her structure being on the boney side, a result of her work more than anything - it takes a lot of energy to work up the amount of control she has achieved over her element. Her features are not as sharp as say her elbows, but they most definitely not rounded.
Daphne has ink black hair that never is out of place and always perfectly arranged. Her complexion is one of pale, and paler depending on the season. She went through a phase of trying to tan it but found that she only burned and then peeled a nicer shade of white so she gave it up. Her eyes are similar to her hair in the fact that they are dark, only instead of being black they are a very dark blue that might as well be black.
Dress wise she is always overdressed and prefers well-tailored designer outfits of any sort; especially over the billowy clothes others in her profession tend to favor. She gets annoyed when the air plays with her clothes and hair while her colleagues seem to find it to be a connector or something ridiculous like that.

Hair: Shoulder length black hair that is often perfectly done, with never a hair out of place. Mood and time dictate if it’s left in its naturally curly state or more subdued waves.
Eyes: Dark Blue, almost black looking, probably due to reflecting her dark hair and dark clothes.

Personality: Daphne has been trained to be the perfect socialite, having an extensive background in etiquette and languages from her tutors. She has a firm grasp over all her emotions, control having been drilled into her from a relatively young age. She cannot handle it when things get out of her control and will do just about anything to restore order. This trait is both a blessing an a curse for she doesn’t do well in social situations once they get beyond her version of order and control but without it she wouldn’t have mastered being such a talented bender.
Being the center of attention isn’t a necessity for Daphne but she does love it when she is. She has found that she learns more by blending in with the crowd, but truth be told with her distinct looks and reputation as both an Aella and a high ranking bender it rarely happens. She is more the type people gossip about, not gossip to.
She also is very ambitious and doesn’t mind stepping on people to advance her powers and reputation, believing that it’s their fault for being in her way. This is not to say she has a lack of morals or a conscious, merely its in hiding and rarely comes out. She can be a very loyal person, it just takes a long while for a person to enter the rank of a close friend, and her loyalties have always lied with the Underworld movement.
Habits/Tendencies: When she gets angry the air/wind in her immediate area begins to pick up and she tends to use her bending gifts to do things when she is to lazy to pick them up herself.
Fears: Elevators, Any closed in space with no windows, drowning
Likes: Love the exhilaration of flying, windy days, designer clothing, libraries, and a nice glass of lemonade
Dislikes: Gardening, gardens, earthy smells, people who insult her intelligence, rodents of any sort, dirty places
Hobbies: Ballet, ballroom dancing, embroidery, horse back riding, creating wind storms
Weaknesses: Very weak when brought against earthy elements, almost positively hopeless around them. She is also has next to no will power to walk away from a sale.
Strengths: A naturally gifted bender, can manage anything from raging windstorm to a nice summer breeze should occasion call.
Personal skills: Being a bender she is quite competent with most things concerning her element and has mastered the ability to fly/ride the winds, shield herself via wind, and wreak havoc with wind storms of varying sizes.

Past or current notable Relationships:None as of yet, mainly to her never having time for people. She wouldn’t mind one someday.

History:
Born into the prestigious Aella family, Daphne was granted every privilege at her birth from ponies to the best tutors and nannies money could buy. Her parents Eleanor and Jean made sure their daughter was granted as many material comforts as they could provide, neither of them having to much time for their only child. Both were heavily involved with the underworld, making their own names known in the community, Jean being a powerful fire bender, Eleanor having a moderate amount of skill with fire bending as well. They had high hopes that their daughter would follow in their footsteps, instructing Daphne’s tutors to expose her to fire as often as possible but there seemed to be no connection.
Instead young Daphne could always be seen dancing about, a spring breeze seeming to following her every step. Her nannies not knowing what to do with such an energetic child enrolled her in ballet classes, along with her usual etiquette, English, and Italian classes. Nothing unusual happened at first, she wasn’t that much better than the other girls just a bit more graceful and light on her feet. Rather it was four years later, at the age of eight when in mid leap she didn’t come back down but rather hung perfectly suspended above the ground for three minutes. The class panicked as Daphne tried to explain that the air was just being mischievous. The mess was cleared up thanks to her parents.
Needless to say the next day Daphne was proudly marched her to the underworld school. She was a young student, her abilities having manifested before the usual time but she quickly grasped concepts and by the age of eighteen she was their star pupil, by twenty already making a name for herself in underworld circles. Ambition, wealth, and her family name helped her in her upward teak to power and prestige.
Daphne rarely talks about her work for the Underworld, though it takes up a large portion of her time. She works for the more covert sections of the underworld and will give no more information than that.


RP Sample:
A breeze danced about in lazy circles at her feet as she glided across the virtually deserted hall, her stilettos completely quiet as they hit the marble floor. Had it been anyone else this entire situation would have been and looked remarkably strange, but seeing as it was Daphne things were unremarkably normal. The very air around her seemed to absorb any sounds she didn’t intentionally make, causing her coworkers to assume she had popped out of thin air most of the time.
Daphne stopped in front of an oak door, pausing to knock once for politeness’ sake before opening it herself, not waiting for an answer. A tall thin man sat behind an imposing wooden desk, his head buried behind the folds of his newspaper. She set the folder on the edge of his desk as his paper flew from his hands.
“Is that anyway to great your daughter who has kindly taken a moment out of her day to wish you a good day?” Daphne asked, sending the newspaper to the far corner of the room, neatly folded.
“If my daughter had decided to stay living at home and not have gotten an apartment of her own, spending a colossal amount of money I might be more sociable.” He huffed, a slight smile ruining the effect. His pride in his daughter had not waned over the years.
Daphne leaned over and gave him a kiss on the cheek. “Your day has been oh so busy I see, imagine having time to catch up on the news.”
“I would have never imagined it. Now do tell me about your day. I might have a bit of news that might interest you.”
Daphne sat, her the starched pleats of her skirt settling about her gracefully, as the couple began their daily exchange of office intrigue.
