There is new government coming into power they are rich, powerful and armed. Their goal: to destroy the opposition. They are mostly bankers and generals loaded with armies and power. Embezzlers and liars they are attempting to take over the seas and run slave ships and corrupt merchant journeys to make more money for themselves.
The pirates are the only opposition not to be swayed with offer of land and money. They are set in their ways and can see that the new system is a sham. Will they be able to fight the oppressing power and regain their right to rape, pillage and murder?? Or will the ‘greater evil’ prevail. ‘Wolf in sheep’s clothing’ style plot.
Whose side will you chose? The greater good or the greater evil??

Our story starts in a city. A very big city. The city is split by the Divide. It separates the poor, the pirates and the peasants from the rich and powerful.
Our story also starts in an inn named the Trusty Fork. It is infamous for it brawls, so much so that the patrons feel slightly cheated if no one is thrown out of a window of a night.
The Pirates are in trouble, Inns are being closed and ships burnt. Anyone who has so much as spoken to a pirate is being rounded up and hanged or shot by the unrelenting watchmen.
Many are trying to escape to nearby safe islands or going to fight the navy that are destroying their livelihoods.
The navy on the other hand are fighting for what they think is right they follow orders and that is that.
I am hoping for someone to play some of the government soldiers or navy or even the man/woman behind the new government.
Pirates are much needed. I will be playing a thief who wishes to become a pirate as a revenge act. Aren’t I cool?

A gusty wind swept over the deserted alleyways of Brookville. A terrible schism had divided the town, and two halves that were once united could no longer be together. There were the peasants; the pirates; the rebels and the peacemakers. They were all now rejected by the new, cruel harsh Government. Harsh rules now restricted these four groups in all manners of ways: Socially and politically, their housing conditions have changed; also, people of this status have been arrested for simply being in the wrong place at the wrong time. All over the country, people with this social status are being rounded up, and it is the work of one woman: Vanessa Rulecharm.

A gently flapping flag waved from the roof of a cold, white marble building. The design was fairly simple, a red background with a black triangle directly in the middle. The triangle had a white outline to it, and it was held up by a shiny black pole. The building that propped it up gave off an intimidating feel. A polished black car slowly drove up to the front of the building. The windows were blacked out, so no passer by could see what was inside. A Chauffer came out of the front seat, and opened the two back doors. The first person to emerge was an extremely daunting authority figure, at least six foot high, with a pressed military uniform on. His many badges that were pinned to his grey jacket glinted in the sun, while his brass buttons shined. The second figure to appear was a very glamorous woman, who seemed slightly short, but was wearing killer stilettos. She wore a black and grey pinstriped business suit that has a very professional feel to it, while still creating a look that both intimidated and gave a scary impression. She was wearing big black sunglasses, and her lips were a striking pillar-box red. Her nails were perfectly manicured, and she carried a small black handbag.

The pair walked to the front door of the building, and the woman searched in her bag so they could go in, Instead of retrieving a key, she withdrew a small card, and she swiped it through a slot where a doorbell should have been. The door seemed to emit a small ‘‘beep!’’ And the door slowly opened to reveal the building.

The pair strutted in, passing a variety of exquisite furniture. White marble tables with precise designs carved into the edges lay on the thick fur carpet. Statues of high authority figures stood high and proud, in corners of the highly polished and extremely large rooms.

There were also exceptionally high-tech gadgets which could be found everywhere in this large manor. Phones and many other connection devices could be found in every corner; tracking devices had places on certain walls; cameras hid in unnoticeable places, and many other devices could be found if searched for.

A door was pushed open, and Vanessa Rulecharm and the man entered a spacious, but menacing room. It was the office, and headquarters for the Society of Destroying Illegal Activity, or SDIA for short. Ms. Rulecharm sat on a high leather chair, and picked up several documents that lay on her desk. Nine cameras patrolled this office, and it was the most secure room in the building, and in England. At first glance, it seemed like a normal office, with pot plants and desks. However, if you looked closer, you would detect signs of sinister activity.

Ms. Rulecharm spun round in her chair to directly face the man that had followed her in. She gave him a hard stare, her eyes piercing through his blank, cold eyes.

Her voice was loud and clear, and harsh and threatening.

‘‘We need to move to Plan B.’’

((OOC: This is awful!))
