Probably, your Webmail is now full.

Usually, your MS OUTLOOK is just an email client application that retrieves and send mails through your webmail account.

When we say "WEBMAIL", it is the email client that you open with your Internet browser (Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox). Example is your Yahoo Mail. You go to Yahoo Mail's website to launch your mailbox ( http://mail.yahoo.com ).

Now, please log into your webmail;

For Yahoo Mail: http://mail.yahoo.com

For your company's webmail: PLEASE ASK YOUR IT PEOPLE ABOUT THIS

Example: http://mail.mycompany.com

Once you have logged on, free up your SENT, DRAFT and INBOX. Lastly, delete all the contents of your TRASH folder.

Also delete unnecessary mails in the folders you created.

You may save yourselves from doing this regularly by automatically freeing your webmail mailbox by doing this;

1. Open you MS OUTLOOK

2. go to TOOLS

3. go to EMAIL ACCOUNTS

4. click NEXT

5. click CHANGE

Follow the settings below ;

6. Click "OK" until all windows are out, to complete the operation.

This configuration will save you a lot of time from logging into your webmail just to free up your mailbox.

If you want to have some sort of a backup in case something goes while retrieving your new mails, you can enable this feature but sure to control the duration by setting the minimal number of days for the REMOVE COPY FROM SERVER AFTER setting to 1 DAY or 2 to a maximum of 3 days only.

I hope this helps.

You may choose to leave the "REMOVE FROM SERVER WHEN DELETED .." checkbox unchecked if you still want to keep your deleted mails for reference later on.
