Okay, so I'm going to show off some, tee hee. I'm not the best artist (as all make mistakes no matter how perfect Akane thinks she is) and so I make mistakes. As with all things, practice makes better. So you get to see my works. I will add to this collection periodically whenever I actually get the chance to make something. I have a range or mediums. I use acrylics, oil pastels, paper, and clay.
I lied. I sometimes use some other mediums, the above is just the ones I use the most often. The image quality is bad because I took a picture of it with my phone's camera and my phone is cheap. This is an ink and colored pencil
rose.
(Yes these are links to deviant art, I didn't feel like having to downsize each and every picture of a work of mine so I just decided to link to them.)
This next one is a not so great acrylic painting of a
day lilly. (I do have to say that I don't like that enlarged pictures allow you to see the mistakes even more easily. I feel so lame now.)
A really not so great one is this next one of a
water lilly (yes I like flowers). It is the first oil pastel drawing that I had ever done. And it turned out pretty good considering that I have never used pastels before and had no one to tell me the best way to use them. It was experimenting but now I'm a lot better with them.
This is the next pastel drawing that I did. As you can see, there's definite improvement. This is a
blue rose. Yes I state the obvious but I've got to put my links somewhere.
This is a bit better of a painting. This one is a monochromatic blue tempra work that I did in art class last year. It got 3rd place in its class at an art show. It's a nice little
boat. Please don't mind the reflection of my living room and me taking the picture. I didn't get a picture of it until it was already framed and hanging in the living room.
Again, I apologize for the reflection of my parent's bedroom, tacky wallpaper, and my reflection again as this one was also framed before I could get a picture of it, it's also a bit blurry like the one above. This one is a black and white tempra painting that I also did in art class last year. It got second place at the same art show as the blue one. This one is also a
boat.
