Welcome to New York City!
The year is 2008, and you're in the center of the universe. Times may be shitty, but you can learn to put that aside when corrupt under the native influence of friends, designer brands, and money. For some, getting by is a daily goal, for others; making the front page is another.
Walk in the footsteps of a lowly Bohemian, trace the footsteps of the notorious celebrity children, or mingle with the average kids - the ones who hang out in Central Park on a daily basis, or who roam around the Big Apple just for the sake of it. Whatever you are, you still have decisions to face everyday. You're in control, after all, whether you want to be or not.

Times Square
In Times Square is where the heart of all the excitement starts. From the long strip of stores to the amazing thrift stores all around. It's possibly the one place in the entire city where you can find the beginning of your life. The craziest intersection and the bright advertisements from the Times Square building is enough to make someone pack up their life and move there. Here is where most of the more successful people live their lives. Here the older children of celebrities come to spend most of their time to find out what they want to do with their lives, while the others are just the heirs of a bunch of money they have no use for. Talk about spoiled.
Central Manhattan Central Manhattan is the dirtier part of the town, but also the more rich part as well. Here you can get away from the bright lights of the bustling city. This part of the city is where most of the low key richies live, to keep their profile hidden from their friends and mostly from the outside life to keep their lives under wraps.
The Bronx The Bronx is the crazier side of the town, depending on where you find yourself. You can find the craziest families, the craziest parties, and the best food. Sometimes the houses here are less expensive to buy and more affordable for the lower class. There's still loud commotion, from car alarms to fire truck alarms. Almost everything around here is crazy and fun, if you can't afford too much then here's where you live and here's where you find your life.
Celebrity Children The infamous children of celebrities who live their lavish lives in the central of the city and walking around with their heads held high. Now just because they're confident doesn't make them all snobby. Some keep their lives hidden from the public to lead their 'normal' lives in front of the public. Others enjoy the attention, their names constantly in the tabloids and the bad news that constantly gets spread throughout the large city within hours. The kids who do keep their lives under wraps tend to stray towards the lower parts of the city, hanging out with whomever they choose and making friends with the people who have the most potential.
The Middle Here's where the majority of the population is. People who can afford to go day by day with their lives with almost no problems. Some tend to find their way into bad parts, while others can go on to become some of the highest end of the city. Most leave the city when they have found their career while others believe their career starts and ends in this thriving city.
The Lower End Just because these people are in the low class, doesn't mean that they make their way out. Unfortunately, some find their way into horrible things while others become the next Britney Spears. In New York City, their opportunity is just down the street in Broadway, or just in Times Square finding a job and finding their way. Others are starving artists, struggling musicians, and junkies.
