I go by Oddric, and I have about 4 years of RP experience. I am 19. Mature RPing is fine by me, as long as it's in character for Jack.

personality/further explanation
[*]Charisma. And lots of it. I'm pretty, intelligent, and I can put out the razzle dazzle! I know how to impress.

[*]Loner. Maybe not what some would consider a strength, but I can deal by myself. I have for a long time. I don't need others to survive.

[*]Passionate. A strength and a weakness, by some respect. I am pretty in touch with my emotional side, and that can really show my kind, generous, and passionate side. I may have a general dislike for most things living, but I try hard to see the good in folks.

[*]Empathy. The downside to being emotional. I can be quick to feeling guilty, and I'm rather in tune with other beings emotions. Easy to cloud my judgement.

[*]Distrust. I have a hard time trusting anyone. As one would expect, I have a hard time making companions. I have no problem being friendly or acquainting myself with others, but putting my trust in them? That's unlikely to happen.

[*]Sugar. Holy Hell, do I love sugar. It's like an addiction, I need to consume sweets on a regular basis. In fact, it's all I eat. If I don't have access to sugar for a while, I go through withdrawals. Mostly I just get groggy and lose enthusiasm, like I'm on a major sugar crash.

[*]Wooden stake dipped in the blood of my "victim". In terms of how to harm me, this is how to do it. A victim doesn't need to be someone who died, it could be someone I played a minor prank on. Smart tricksters know not to pull any fast ones on hunters, as they can just use their own blood to coat weapons.

[*]Binding spells. Most supernatural creatures are affected by spells or rituals of all sorts. A Trickster is no exception. There are multitudes of spells that could summon, bind, harm and control me.

Like regular people, Jack (born known as Reynard) doesn't remember much about his childhood. What he does remember is his family, though. Despite being Gods, or "monsters", his family was a very loving group. They loved each other in their own ways. Jack grew up in this environment, allowing him to be as emotional as he is now. Not all Tricksters are "bad", per say. Just... some of them may take their pranks a little too far. Which is where Jack's story takes a drastic turn.

One of Jack's family members pushed the envelope, resulting in the death of a human. Jack took this more to heart than the other Tricksters. The other Gods didn't see people in the light that Jack did. He didn't see them as "just animals" or "play toys". They were living things, as Jack tried to explain. But his family and him never quite agreed on that. Regardless, a few hunters caught wind of something strange about the human's death and followed the trail right to Jack and his family. The hunters were heavily armed and all too knowledgeable about Tricksters and their abilities, so it was a pretty lost cause to fight them. Instead, the Tricksters used Jack as a distraction so they could escape, knowing full well that he would probably die. He managed to escape, not without being heavily wounded. Not just physically, but emotionally.

Rather than go back to his family, Jack fled. Abandoning his birth name, Reynard, Jack kept a low profile and changed location from Europe to America. As far as his family knew, the formerly known Reynard had died by the hunters' hands. Betrayed and hurt, Jack spent the next couple hundred years brewing these negative feelings. Not losing that moral good in him, Jack wasn't about to revert to killing people to let out his anger. Though without a proper means to expel his emotions, Jack's mental state isn't exactly the best.

Though not connected with his family, Jack still managed to catch info on an interloper in the Trickster midst. Some Trickster who called himself "Loki" has been rumored to not be a Trickster at all, but rather an angel. And he's been giving Tricksters a pretty bad name. Harming and killing people, and causing a lot of ruckus with groups of hunters. Jack has made it a personal goal to hunt down and kill Loki. Though this might require quite a bit of help, and that's an idea Jack isn't particularly fond of.

Taking interest in how the two men's ordeal was going, Jack turned his head toward the accident scene. One man took a swing for the other just then, the police acting swiftly. The attacker was quickly pinned up against the cop's car while the other, despite seeing what had just happened, managed to give him a punch in the face. The other policeman had him on the ground in a split second. "Certainly are a noisy duo."

Jack scoffed, smiling at what he had caused. A night in jail would do those two punks a world of good. Let that be a lesson to them not to disturb a Trickster's meal. Lest he follow suit with the rest of the majority of Gods and change his diet from sweets to humans.

The car shifted once more as Jack moved away from Lucie's vehicle. "Sure. I'll give it a shot." The Trickster smiled, as he took a few steps forward toward the middle of the car.

He was a little suspicious. Hunters seemed to have a second sense for the supernatural. The girl had taken a bit more interest than she should have about the accident. Somehow, probably unknown to her consciously, she knew that something inhuman had caused it.

His hand waved off Lucie, asking her to scooch over so he had ample room to reach her keys.

One palm on the ground, Jack was on all fours as his other arm extended underneath the car, attempting to grab the girl's keys. It wasn't the most graceful thing she had ever seen, but he was definitely getting further in than the young woman had.

Face pressed against the side of the car, Jack felt the small metal object in his grasp and chuckled. "Got 'em!"

The RP sample is a snippet I took from another Supernatural site I used to RP in, where I had a character almost identical to Jack. Save a couple points about his history.

I tweaked the template a bit, notably I further explained Jack's character under personality, as I didn't know where else to fit it. And I swapped out "nicknames" for Jack's birth name. Or his "real" name, if you will.

But yeah, I'm done! And more than happy to make any revisions if I need to.

Unfortunately we had to deny this app for many reasons. For starters it would have to be completely redone. In the PM's that were corresponded we asked you not to make this Gabriel centric, yet he's mentioned - well just about everywhere. The personality section is listed, but we have lists for that. It doesn't tell us who he is, just lists more of what's already in the lists. The history is short and vague and once again puts a major point on Gabriel - which we asked you not to do. There's also the mention of an Alpha trickster which doesn't make much sense since he's a pagan god.

This app would have to be completely redone from beginning to end. At this point if you choose to reapply it might be better if you do a more common character species first until you get a better feel for the board. Then maybe later on down the line you can revisit the trickster angle.
