It is true that many Angels seem to come across as cold, emotionless beings. When they come to Earth it is often to deal out the Will of Heaven and they tend to keep themselves detached from what they feel and what needs to be done. Though, some Angels are closely tied with Humanity and while for the beginning of her existence Ramiel was similar, over time she began to feel hope for herself to be something...more.
Because of this, she has known ridicule from some of her more militant brothers and sisters, but she has never let it effect her. Until the Caging of Lucifer, many acclaimed her as an Angel made of God's own purity. When Lucifer was punished for not bowing before humans, something broke within Ramiel and she was never the same. She'd felt despair for the first time and was unable to remain in Heaven.
Hope was not lost to the world, as Ramiel never truly Fell. Instead she simply existed on Earth and unable to be found by her Brothers and Sisters.
Ramiel grew a new appretiation for just what Hope was as she lived amongst humanity. Hope, to angels, is so much different than it is to humans and it's given Ramiel a new strength that she didn't have before. A new hardness in her duty and a determination to see that not all Hope is lost.
Of course, there is a darker side to the Angel of Hope. It is not something she speaks of to anyone. Not so much a cruelty to her, but an acceptance of cruelty being apart of Heaven just as much as Earth. A jaded tone of voice or a bitterness around her eyes that anyone who knew her would see.
history
Ramiel's existence in Heaven was everything it was meant to be. Living alongside her Brothers and Sisters and obeying their Father. Love and purity was everything to them. Until the war.
Ramiel pleaded that they not cage Lucifer for his disobeying their Father. However, they were deaf to her pleas that there was still hope for Lucifer who was beloved above all. Locking her brother away and settling the first glimmer of shadow across her soul.
Ramiel could no longer remain in Heaven and instead became lost on Earth. Heaven could not find her as she did not wish to be found, though hope was not gone from Heaven or Earth. Ramiel simply existed, watching humanity grow into what their Father had hoped.
She beheld such greatness and such horrors that are known in humanity's existence. Still, she saw man claw and scrape to retain hope through even the darkest times. What continued to astound her was that even in the very blackest moments of the history of humans, they never lost hope that there would be golden days to come.
Humanity had no idea of the things going on around them, but some did. The signs were there for her to see, the freedom of Lucifer and the reset of Earth. She refused to take any side, but felt some sadness for humans who could not see the conflict around them. They refused to see the absence of God. They did not have the pure Hope that she once knew they possessed.
It was that realization that made Ramiel decide to take a vessel. The angelic blip on the radar alerted Heaven that she was no longer in hiding. That Hope was amongst them once more, but none knew which side she stood on, since she only took sides at the beginning of the War and then disappeared.
The vessel she took was a human woman named Jessica Turner; a registered nurse in the US. While Ramiel was returned, she took some effert to ensure she would not yet be approached by her Angelic Family. She simply wasn't ready and instead continued to live as Jessica. Touched by memories of a woman who strode through the hardest moments of the lives of others was something Ramiel was not ready for, but is stronger for it.
It has only been in the last week or so that Ramiel has stopped playing at being human, masquerading as the woman whose body she took over. Walking away from the hospital and those in it, more importantly, walking away from the shields she'd placed to make sure that she'd not be approached by angels.
Still, it is unknown just what side Ramiel will stand on, if any.
RP SAMPLE
It had been at least a week since she had completely walked away from her portrayal as a human. She didn't think any of her Brothers or Sisters would come instantly to her as she stepped back into her role as the Angel of Hope. Perhaps in time they would forgive her weakness and inability to stand with them during the dark times of Heaven. She hoped they would.
Tucking some of her hair back as she pulled up the long denim jacket around her shoulders. It wasn't due to the cold, but rather a comfort against her back. In her vessel, she could not spread her wings, the lack of weight there was strange and the jacket helped that strangeness considerably. Walking along the highway with her hands in her pockets, sometimes one coming out to pop another gummy bear into her mouth to chew.
Jess loved the things and it was strange that Ramiel still felt the need to eat them. She didn't question it. She felt the passage of time only absently as she reflected on the last time she'd spoken to any of her brethren. She felt the pang of loss in her chest and looked up to a city's sign. 'Welcome to Paradise' it said in scrawling letters and images of flowers lined the board. A smile tugged on her lips after a few moments of examining the sign
A truck pulled up along side her and the man looked at her for a few moments before smiling and asking, "Hey, do you need a ride, lady?" Ramiel looked at the man as he addressed her, the smile still on her lips.
"No, thank you though. Does Paradise have a motel, by chance, sir?" She didn't need to sleep but she could use a shower. There was something soothing about hot water flowing over a body that helped her think a little better. Not to mention Ramiel wasn't just ready to return to Heaven."Yeah, actually, there is. Nice bed and breakfast. You're sure you don't need a ride?"
Ramiel considered for a moment, the man had a good heart and good intentions. He was simply concerned for her. "Oh, no. I like to walk. I really do appreciate the offer though." After a few seconds they spoke their goodbyes and the man pulled off. As he looked in the rear view mirror, however. the woman was gone.

Okay, over all a really good app, but we're going to need a few edits before we can get you squared away.
First, please put in the member group color for the name.
Second, in the history, we really need you to take out the war and detailed things about what happened during it. The reason is because if every angel writes it into their history it becomes a different account for everyone. So keep it vague in that aspect.
Also when it comes to the vessel, I'm a bit confused as to what's going on. You state she's pulling away from Jess, but I don't understand what influence the vessel is having over the angel or why? Usually when an angel takes over a host, the host is basically suppressed. It's not like they're speaking in the angels head.
Also in the RP sample, again you're referencing back to the host. I'm not sure why. Also we'd like to see some dialogue so we can get an idea how the character will interact and be played out.
Also in the powers section, I'm not sure what you mean by presence. The angel blade is also a weapon, not a power, and should be put in her weaknesses along with other things that can harm an angel like holy oil, angel banishing sigil, etc.
So get that stuff squared away and we'll take another look.
