Evangeline is what you would call a tough and rough kind of girl. She is very fit and toned. She's hardly afraid of anything. She definitely won't go down without a really good fight. She works out religiously each day. Because of her faithful daily exercises she has a pretty high stamina. A lot of this came from her training in the army. She joined as a small, frightened girl and came out a bitchy, toned woman.
<p>
Whatever you do, don't piss her off. She gets bloody on fire when she's pissed off. Nothing can stop her from doing what she wants to do during that time. If it means kicking someone's ass, so be it. If you happen to be the poor fella that pissed her off...I feel bad for you. She knows no boundaries when it comes to inflicting pain upon someone when they've hurt her or threatened her. This also applies to her family or what is left of her family.
<p>
The deep anger in her is unhealthy and associated with her family’s death. She has gone through great lengths to look for the demon that destroyed all that she cared for, and she will keep hunting until she finds the bloody bastard that stole them from her.

Evangeline grew up in a house that was full of love and promise. Her parents adored her and her older brother Daniel. They were focused on giving them a full and loving life, which they succeeded in. Evangeline and her brother Daniel would have a normal, healthy life because of their parents.
<p>
Evangeline was a cute girl that was shy and always hid behind her father’s leg when in the presence of a stranger. This shy attitude stayed with her all through her school years. While she was shy she was smart as well. She wanted to amount to something. She always thought she had so much to offer in this life, but she hadn’t quite run into what it was that she was really good at. She was positive that she would stumble upon it eventually.
<p>
Her senior year of high school was when she was approached by a recruiter for the US Army. They were looking for people her age to join. She was scared and shook her head, but took the papers home and looked them over intently. After about a week she decided that was what she wanted to do. Her parents weren’t too happy, considering she was a girl – their little girl. Her older brother had a lot to say about it too, but it didn’t stop her. She still enlisted and was sent off to basic training the summer after graduating from high school.
<p>
At first it wasn’t all she had expected. She cried a lot as they broke her down and rebuilt her into something stronger…better. Every time she returned home for a visit her parents noticed the change in her. They weren’t sure if it was for the better, but they kept it to themselves as she continued forth in this chosen path.
<p>
She went from one outpost to the next, being sent on in battle on more than one occasion. She was only wounded once while on the call of duty, but it wasn’t life threatening. She was left with a bullet scar on her shoulder then went back out after it had healed. Of course, she still felt some stabbing pain where she’d taken the bullet, but she never showed it. She learned to bite through the pain and move on.
<p>
It was during one of her posts in Iraq she was sent a letter that she had to return home immediately. That was never good news. She knew as sure as the sand around her that someone in her family had died. It wasn’t someone, it was her parents. They had been attacked, though they didn’t specify on the who or what. Her brother was missing as well, but they speculated that either he was the attacker or he had been killed as well and they hadn’t found his body yet. She knew that her brother didn’t kill them. She just knew.
<p>
Evangeline was crushed. Her world went into a complete spiral. She was hurt and upset for months. She didn’t return to the line of duty. She stayed home and went through her parents things, torturing herself for not being there for them. Eventually the hurt turned into anger. The anger grew and festered then turned into hatred for the person that killed them.
<p>
That was when she began her own investigating. She had some inside connections. It was there she found out about certain things that were found at the scene of the crime. Sulfur was a main component. It had left many of the lawmen confused.
<p>
Years of chasing and focusing her energy on what killed her family brought her down to supernatural beings. It was her family’s death that had brought her headfirst into this job. As she moved from state to state she met other hunters and learned of other things, until she became pretty knowledgeable in the area of what to expect, but her knowledge was mostly focused on demons as she knew that was what killed her family.

Evangeline sat in a cheap motel, rummaging through some papers. The tv was on, though she couldn’t get any channel to work. All that played was static, but she was okay with that. As long as she had some sort of noise to block out the sounds of the people in the room next to her. The damn walls were paper thin.
<p>
She gritted her teeth, annoyed with where she had to stay and what she had to listen to. Finally, she got up and banged her fist roughly against the wall. “People are trying to sleep around here!” She cursed then sat back down on her bed.
<p>
The sound quieted down, just a touch and she glared angrily at the papers now, beyond annoyed. She needed to get some sleep, which had been her plans when she’d stopped at this hole in the wall. She didn’t know it was a place for hookers to take their cheap dates to.
<p>
God. She really needed a drink.
<p>
Rubbing a hand tiredly over her face, she grabbed her bag and rummaged through to pull out the bottle of whiskey. She took a deep swig from it. Immediately everything felt a little better.
<p>
Finally…finally she could get some rest. Stacking the papers, she put them aside and lay down on the bed. She’d been trained to sleep through the worst conditions. Why was it she was becoming so agitated by some commotion in the next room? It was a question that sifted through her thoughts as she drifted off to sleep.
