Hey Ted,
I didn't know you had all that public safety experience. Wow! That's great. Wandered out to your website today. So, your looking for a more personal, versus businesslike bio or am I misunderstanding you? If you're searching for work, the resume should do the job. I like Speck's idea of using Google to view some potential ideas, but just to give you some help, bios are usually written in third person and reveal pertinent information. I use one bio on my website that encompasses all I do from a writing perspective, but I sometimes tweak it depending upon the publication I'm pitching to or what group I belong to. Good luck with the job search and writing that bio! Cheryl -------------------- The Book Connection Blog
