A couple of old chairs and many book-filled bookshelves fill this room. On the left side of the room, between two of the largest bookcases is the list of rules that have been scratched into the wall.

There are numerous rooms for residents to sleep in. A number claim beds, others flit about between them. Either way everyone finds a place to sleep.

A midway room, some of the residents also sleep here, but it's usually just a place to hang around. The walls have a couple of old paintings hung up, and the old couches sometimes throw up dust if sat on too quickly.

Dinner is usually whenever someone manages to make their way in here, so don't whine if your food is cold. If you do, Veran won't be particularly happy. There's a long oak dining table in the middle of the room, with the plates usually set out, ready to be filled.

The attic is a large empty room, and has always been. It can be reached through a ladder coming from a lower hallway. It has a large window overlooking the west grounds.

The grounds on Cathriss Gate are rather extensive. There are two small clearings in front of the house and behind, half broken walls surround the two clearings. There's a small garden lot to the side of the house. A gate at the front of the Manor opens up to woods that slowly become thicker as you go farther from the Manor. The washing's done by a stream a little bit from the clearings.

Not so much an open air market as a outlet strip with a good number of essential stores. Often smaller stands are set out in front of stores, giving it a open air market quality. The shipments are brought around back by delivery vehicles.

A small food store, it supplies a couple essentials. Much like the Market supplies are brought in by delivery trucks to the back.

The bus, or trolley stops here to pick up and drop of visitors and the like. It's just a bench with an overhang.

Most of the people live in little quiet groups of homes. Cathriss Gate residents can visit their homes but are cautioned to avoid being seen.

A small grassy park with abundant enough trees for kids to climb on, and enough pavement and benches to suit the adults.There's an old playground to the side, but most parents try not to let their children on it too long.

The local school, covers grades K-12. The students eat outside in a picnic area, and the classes are inside the main building. During the day it's a rather dreary looking place. At night it's a quiet place and much less ugly.

Some people take walks in the woods, and other's picnic. The woods are a welcoming sight on their borders, but get denser and denser the farther you go. Either way those that stray far enough and find Cathriss Gate don't come back "stable" or from the direction of anywhere but the trolley stop.

A number of children in Greave populate the only orphanage in area. It's not dreary, but a white-washed adequate.

The police station is overshadowed by trees and is a rather thin and tall building. The police have long ago become lazy in this town, but they still have a home.
